You are correct sir. But it's not particularly isolated to one specific pwo either. I am rather ashamed of this admission but the only pwo I've tried in the last 3 months or so that actually delivered for my needs was a muscletech product. Can't remember exactly what the product was calledI'm assuming you've been using ignite then.
I don't have any experience with it, personally. I don't recall anything crazy about the formula, and I know others that like it.
Is it the 1,3 (I believe ignite still has 1,3)?
