F that man go hard or shut the hell up, people who call crap like that a Dbag move are the ones who can't handle going past the mental barrier. I shart my pants at least once a month from pushing myself while squatting, all the while little Johnny no legs is trying to tell me squatting is bad for your knees.
I'm all for go hard or go home but no ****ting my pants thank you lol(I ain't no johnny no legs either) like I said a always squeeze one out before squat days so I don't haha. But puking I do

Hans yeah I've learned where my intake line is... I have a problem remembering to keep drinking water while I'm working out and end up getting crazy light headed and shaky lol so I try to stock up on it before.
I hate when I suddenly have to take the biggest pee of my life in the middle of my last set hahaha almost pissed myself 3 times so far
 
FML lol 20 minutes at a food truck bazaar at my local park and I get food poisoning... guess that lobster Mac & cheese wasn't meant to be haha
 
back in high school kids on my football team would down a liter of milk on 90 degree days, when we had our conditioning camp. They would do that so they would end up puking in the first 5 minutes and have to leave lol lazy bastards.

Wow lol working out at my wife's clinic full time now for free... the PT's there ( physical therapist not personal trainer) who I'm working out with now do half and quarter reps on everything, its sad lol

Had a ear bud fall out during t-bar rows. At the end of the set wasn't paying attention and ended up dropping the weight right on it. Dang thing flattened like a pancake.

Oh god its worse than I thought... my new gym "partners" are not only quarter and half reppers but their also "bicep bros" lol arms and chest every time I'm here. But hey free gym and I get to see the misses more. I asked one of them why he doesn't do full ROM and he said "those days are far gone, I like to be able to sleep at night after I workout"

I make fun of my friends all day every day for their crap form and partial ROM they never change and wonder why I'm the strongest guy there but not the biggest.

Still not as bad as the old guys that want to come talk to you in the locker room right after they get out of the shower and don't have the decency to at least wrap their towel around them first. Old wrinkly balls! Ewwww gross!! (in my Adam Sandler voice) Even worse is when they have no clue about personal space! BACK UP DUDE!!!
 
It's very possible. Right diet and training. Don't have to be on roids to be ripped. My friend BDCC is a great example of what that looks like.

I'm bigger/stronger than probably all those guys, just not as lean. Good for them for hitting the BBing so hard. I do hate how I see so many BBers train half rep stuff though. I understand it may have it's place but it still bugs me.
