Alphamine question

Hey I am thinking about giving this a run. At one time I was a hardcore ECA user and as I aged I ended up becomming very sensitive to stimulants. I am prone to anxiety and heart palpitations from certain stimulants. What are the effects like of alphamine ? I would love to drop about 5-10 more pounds over the summer and this definatly looks like the way to go but do not want to suffer through anxiety and a racing heart
 
If you do decide to go with Alphamine, start with a low dose and work your way up. Some report anything over 1 scoop at a time is to much, so really it comes down to the user.
 
The cardiovascular effects of Alphamine are markedly milder than ECA, but you're definitely one of those guys who should adhere to the "assess your tolerance" warnings

Good advice in working your way up on the dose. I like to go out on a limb sometimes so I'll say I actually prefer Alphamine over ECA. The energy is much cleaner for me, I don't crash and I've had similar results with both. Plus Alphamine tastes like heaven.

i stopped reading most of the alphamine posts cause i got the intnl version without yoimbe and absolutely dont know how the two are comparable

I Personally do not notice a huge difference

Because the INTL version is not simply the USA version lacking yohimbe. There are increased amounts and different ratios of other ingredients. The reason both INTL Alphamine and INTL Enhanced took a while to become available is because to were researching this and making sure we have an equivalent formula for effectiveness.

Had we just removed yohimbe for INTL it would have been available a week after USA version launched. Not 2 months later
 
I have used US and EU versions of Alphamine.

I genuinely don't notice the difference between the two versions. I can guarantee that if you did a blind test on someone they wouldn't know either.

If you tell someone it doesn't have an ingredient in it, they try it expecting it to feel different. It is the placebo/nocebo effect.

Funny you say that...blind tests are exactly how we knew we matched the feel. And also why it took a while to dial it in

I believe it, I get US version half the time and International the other, I can never tell the difference

Thats interesting, do you have anything to prove this or show the other ingredient quantities? Anything i see just shows the same label minus the yohimbe. Thanks
 
I ordered alphamime after I posted. It has been almost a week of taking it. I am only doing one scoop and here is what i notice. When I take it get chills initially. I had the same effect many moons ago from ephedra.... Shortly after this stage I get a very warm face and warm feeling. During cardio the heat is very noticeable ! I am hoping I can maintain taking this. I have not taken a stimulant that has felt this close to ephedra.
 
Just an FYI to be noted, this isn't your typical Yohimbe Bark Extract or something that is known for the anxiety and other ill effects.

It's smooth and non-jittery for me @ 2 scoops. YMMV depending on stim tolerance. It's a powder though so you can experiment to assess tolerance (1/2 scoop, 1 scoop, 1.5 scoop, 2 scoops, etc.).
 
Mine arrived this morning! Whey hey! Tomorrow is an off day tomorrow for me from lifting so gonna start dosing tomorrow. I usually get up at 5:40am to take my GDA (recompadrol + SSv2) before breakfast at 6am. Would it be ok to dose alphamine alongside these? My breakfast consists of a considerable portion of carbs, this wouldn't negate the fat promoting effects of alphamine? Or should i be in a carb depleted state?

Dose it at least 30 minutes before you have your meal.
 
Yes, Jordan. You can dose it with those but we recommend 30 minutes (at least) prior to eating. :)

Is the amount of water taken with it important? Ill mix it as per the instructions but I'm sure ill have at least another pint of water on top of that.

I would take it as directed, as I like to be as hydrated as possible, however you will be ingesting the same amount of ingredients regardless of water consumed.

Of course, less water means you'll probably drink it a bit faster eliciting the stimulants to hit you a bit faster an harder.

It's just going to have an effect on how strong/not strong the taste is. I just dose mine as directed though.

Yeh will do that. Ill have more water to wash my other supps down. I was just being a little paranoid, thinking maybe the ingredients only work with a certain volume of water.
 
Aaron and Kbayne are both correct. :)

For two scoops, I fill a shaker about 75% full. That is the perfect amount for my own flavour requirement. :D
 
Just opened it up ready for the morning, powder is a bit lumpy/bigger granules? This normal? Ive given it a good shake anyhow. Not that it matters really lol

I don't wanna burst the alphamine bubble but man i don't like the flavour much at all! Lol it smells delicious but the taste is another thing. I can drink it no problem don't get me wrong tho.
 
Ya just shake it some to get rid of the clumps and you should be good to go. How much water did you mix it with?

Like what most people have mentioned, amount of water doesn't really matter and will not dilute potency. Empty stomach or stomach with stuff digesting however will affect the potency of the effects, not to mention the appetite suppression works far better if you take Alphamine on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before having a meal.

Maybe add some more water to see if it tastes any better, but water amount shouldn't change the effects (maybe faster onset if slammed).

How'd that first dose end up treating you?
 
I posted a poll on Facebook and raspberry lemonade was the favourite flavour.

However, at the BodyPower Expo in England almost every single sample people said fruit punch was nicer.

I made the mistake of 'trying' to lie down after lol was buzzing tho, heart rate up and my stomach was filled with butterflys lol took another scoop about 5 hours later then followed that with some cardio. It definitely seems to be strong stuff.

I'll be the guy to ask.. Why did you try to lay down and relax after taking a stimulant product?

Would it be ok to take a scoop of this in the morning on training days when i also take a pre workout? (Conquer + hemavol) i don't want to go too stim crazy incase i die lol. Im aware hemavol is stim free and conquer is fairly low in caffeine. They will be spaced 9 hours apart. Might try 2 scoops lol

No issues combining it like that. Generally we recommend spacing other stimulant intake away from Alphamine by at least 5-6 hours and keeping an eye on total stimulant intake over the entire day.
 
Has anyone mixed D-Aspartic Acid in Alphamine? I just started DAA for the first time and I'm coming off a 3 week break from Alphamine. I figure it should be OK to mix the two??
