I was hoping this time next year to maybe compete. Gonna do a little test cut this winter to see what I'm workin with.

The 3rd head? That is better done with overhead movements like OH DB Extension skull crushers with arms back at a 45 degree angle and shoulder press lockouts.

meh, you will always have a segment of "scientific gurus" who are running around..typically, it's the [young] guys who either look like shyte, or college-aged kids who are taking some physiology/biology dietary courses in mainstream college platform so get inundated with textbook material that has little bearing on actual bb'ing/dietary course
but these guys do not work out, hence have a lot of time to "study" :D

honestly tho: it is a unique and novel approach, that combines the science of physiology/biology with true real-world efficacy & results in the bb'ing world, that is refreshing and validly useful..
it is unfortunate that most running around on scientific basis, are woefully ignorant to the understanding of that reality, and so converse and expound in crazy talk

I was just reading through another companies thread and saw a rep from a differant company arguing with him at every turn. Pushing his companies insider deal. Just showing very little class. The term bro science came up. Just typical bs from guys who are more interested in reading a book and sighting other peoples findings instead of doing the work themselfs and seeing how they react.

We have some pretty big corn up here.... but the grain fields in Alberta are freakin Massive. Speaking of which I just picked up another 50 lbs of AAA Alberta Sirloin :) you know it's grain fed cuz they got nuthin else.
