yup - quite the FREAKy crew we got goin on, fo sho :stooges:
I have much respect for them as well, and am very proud of the group we've put together here, and what we strive to do - from the heads of the company, on down
very thankful and flattered on your sentiment my friend - on behalf of all of us, we thank you
I really have no issue nor preference for fish..salmon is cool, love the fat micronutrient portion, tastes okay but is tuff to fit in a diet when you are aiming for lower fat, and have preference to get other fats in at the same time..
tilapia does taste good I agree; but the farm-raised variation as beans mentioned is prolly among the most disgusting dirty animals in existence, right there with pigs imo..eating other fishes poop for sustenance does not enthrall my desire to partake..wild tilapia not the same, but still..
and as you mention: I have a preference for beef - period! and I utilize turkey breast mainly for my low-fat approaches, works best for me (plus I enjoy it! well at least while I can use salt & pepper LOL)..chicken breast brings up the rear, only really enjoy that when it is grilled/marinated, or grilled and seasoned very well
I utilize tuna for lower fat, only for convenience
and is there any wonder?

that is not a good combination, at all
we tend to do some strange things, in a knee-jerk reaction to realizing we are not lean enuff as planned..is a bb'ers worst nightmare
allow enough time to be pretty much show-ready ~2 weeks out = problem solved
I cannot get any clearer than that
the unfortunate reality is: typically only the best of the best, ever follow this planned approach
50g fat daily is a temporary phenomenon for you dan - generally speaking, there is absolutely no reason outside of prep, to engage in such course..fats are INDEED a good thing, and strategically utilized can certainly be utilized for both gaining and cutting approaches
