needless to say, rest day was planned for this, and nutrition was packed accordingly (while everyone else in the room was provided with pizza/breadsticks/donuts/pastries and all that kind of nonsense - I was eating lean beef, veggies, salad and shakes)

getting dry is right - I guess that's why when I DO see some water hanging temporarily, it bothers me, even tho I know damn well it is a transient phenomenon, and actually is beneficial to some growth spurts that I anticipate having..Looking good Snags, abs showing well skin thin and dry. Triceps ridiculous as always!
I find carb-cycling to be very effective plan (of course)Yes we always want to look good in our pics! Or just walking around for that matter. Liking the look of the lean eats. I know at some point I will be rolling back into carb cycling. Just not sure when. The old coach will let me know when to drop the hammer...

leaning continues, but at slower pace a bit..working on size/musculature now for couple weeks (with an underlying emphasis on continued slow leaning)..my big final push will come ~5 weeks out, to the 2 week out mark
then, attained total progress willing, I will guide it in to dry up and fill out a bit (but still lean more in the process!)
that is the plan..the great unknown for me is the tren/epi combo; for all I know, I will gain weight while attaining crazy low bf..certainly not counting on that, but ready for a semblance of that possibility I guess - again I really do not care about weight; just conditioning, period

Something about tren just peels off the fat. Your diet is so on point that I would stay the course that you already have laid out, and reap the size benefits that you are going to have from the combo. I'm not gonna be surprised when you hit 3% faster than you thought you were going to.

got it, yeah was thinking epi @ 50..i have enough to run 60 if I need to/want toYeah, you're gonna have to dose it at a pretty decent amount. The epi I would run anywhere between 50-80 depending on your tolerance. 50 seems to be where most decide that their sweet spot is.

I'd get to where you want and intend to be, not considering the anabolics. Once you're on, you're gonna get leaner faster, but I think it would be more beneficial to you to not rely on the fact that this is what's going to happen. What I think is gonna happen is that that intended 3% may turn into 2-2.5% with the additional assistance. Or, you'll get to 3% early and just be able to maintain. Either way, it's a win.
so what I expect that you are going to see is some increase in size in the traps, the quads and the glutes (probably in other areas, but I expect these to be the most prominent)

yeah I've done the ruff conversions and scale comparison, and (without knowing true conversion on oral) it all seems a crapshoot..some more experienced guys I trust say 150 should do it, maybe 200, but again these are guys who have long experience with the stuff.. I don't know if I want my first experience to be quite that much risk, even considering the stakes involved herePeople seem suprised to hear ppl running tvar so high, but consider what ppl dose trenbolone at and it actually makes sense. 1500mg e/wk of tvar obv isn't 1.5g of trenbolone (no way conversion is near 100%), & you hear stories of guys out there that tolerate blasting a gram/wk of tren. Mr. 250mg is prob just one of those guys with a higher tolerance.

Can always tell if a guy uses exogenous hormones by his traps. They're always bigger when on, but guys who use tend to always have disproportionately sized traps compared to natty lifters of comparable lean mass, even when off. Been teaching my mom to spot it whenev we go to lunch or somewhere public - how to spot other bros :icon16: This rule however doesn't always apply to black guys, IMHO: known multiple black guys who have big gorilla traps but never touched an anabolic. Lucky SOBs.
Some young guys asked me a few wks ago at the gym how I built such big traps....I just told them I deadlift a lot. Which is true, every week, but I was chuckling so hard to myself. They're all natty & think steroids are 'cheating'.
There are also a large amount of andro receptors in the face, apparently, which would explain the squared, rigid jaws of heavy users. It's another way to spot a juicer (and it's why females who juice get manly jaw lines). Disproportionate traps is one of the easiest to spot though. Many users, who are aware of this tend to do no direct trap work for that reason, to keep the traps in proportion to the rest of the body. IMHO, GIGANTOR traps are awesome, and I'm working on getting mine back. Brock fukkin Lesnor had some of the most ridiculous traps I've ever seen back in the day. That's a bit too far...
