Ended up hitting a two a day today. Worked 1st shift today which isn't my normal shift so I couldn't go in this morning. So I went in around 5 pm and tore my back up. Definitely went over the 6-8 recommended sets but I couldn't stop lol I gotta find a convenient way to log my work outs on this phone. I started with overhand wide grip pull ups 3 sets and then went to seated v bar low rows drop sets starting at 200 and working down to 140 and then moved onto supported rows super setted with underhand grip bent over roes and finished off with DB pullovers.
Came home ate dinner hing out with yhe wife and kid and when they went to bed I couldn't take it anymore and just had to go do work. Shoulders and chest were on the agenda but I wanted to go about it a little different I wanted to make it almost like a straight cardio session so everything was a little lighter weight and tri setted. Id say I was successful because I got a side cramp at the end lol I dont even remember everything I did. I believe it was incline db/db lat raises/rear delt swings and then rear delt peck decks/bw push ups/ladder push ups/partial lat raises and finished off with incline BB press md style/bb OH press/DB seated OH press. Getting ready to hit fhe sack. May take some pics in the morning. I took some after tge gym tonight but wasn't very happy with them.
