Update. I didn't make the Dr this week for my shoulder like I scheduled. Work has been crazy and I had to cancel two appointments. Next week I get in there for sure since I have my schedule set again.

Yesterday I did arms. Nothing spectacular just same old stuff.

Today I did shoulders....Yeah. Lateral Raises with dumbbells hurt. Pressing does not. Lateral Raises on the Cybex machine does not. Rotator cuff exercise do not hurt. Did them with dumbbells as well as on cables where I had constant tension throughout.

Strength is still good even after the time off but my drive in the gym is down. Getting my workouts in and all but the intensity is not there like usual. This will return with time. Being lazy for a few days always gets me like that.

August is going to be the start of 1-Alpha. Planning a recomp for about six weeks. Then it will be shred city to see how I stand physique wise. One concern I have is extra skin. A lot of you know I used to be very heavy and I still have the damage from that around my waist. It's tightened up some but still it's there and my oblique development hasn't caught up just yet. (This will probably be something that has to have surgery)

So that's kind of where I sit right now. Cheerio Mates!
 
Today I had some fun. Just did whatever I wanted in the gym and let my mind go.

Front squats 8 sets of 10-12 @ 225
Cybex Squats 4 sets 10-12 @ 240
Incline Dumbell press 5 sets 10-12 @ 100-110
Incline Dumbbell Twist press 5 sets 15 @ 50
Cable Flys 7 sets 12-18 @ 140

Got side tracked showing a kid some tricks on a few chest exercises but it was rewarding when he came over later and talked about how he couldn't flex his chest without cramping lol.

When I am showing others good form I find I tend to concentrate more on my own. It's a good reminder to be strict.
 
Was that food scale reading 240 ounces? Weighing out your daily protein again? Lol. Joking, congratulations on reaching your goal. You earned it, Hulk!
 
Got my blood work back. First time getting it done since I started TRT. Levels were high.....1841 on a 241-827 scale and estrogen was 30 (not bad). I was at 241 and 34 when I started.

See you have been on cycle now since you started your TRT. LOL No wonder you hit 240, damn you are a beast!

As far as the loose skin yours is not too bad, it ain't what you want but nothing a little Thiomucase won't take care of for a show. Plus down at 3-4% the skin is paper thin and is barely noticeable. You will see as I lean out more I have some too on my back and lower abs. However like I said it ends up paper thing once shredded.
 
SO I am maybe gonna have to go to your Doc... :D What is an hour drive for 1800+?
