Epi will make you strong & tight, but all the power is almost useless if you're powerlifting - it's ROUGH on the joints. I ran it for 4 wks & by wk 2 my elbows hurt SO bad during heavy bench it was everything in my power to complete 3 work sets. Just the deepest, most intense aches I've ever had in my joints, and I've never had elbow issues before or since.
The strength is more useable if you're staying over 5 reps.

Good point I haven't even thought about that. I am looking at something to run here soon. I have been holding off running anything for the past 2 years with my ac joint issues. Just have to be easy on anything bench wise for awhile and crush everything else. Sick of missing out on the fun.

What kind of gains u looking for??
Everything in the superdrol family is good for strength (sdrol, dmz, msten, cyanostane) but won't do the joints any favor necessarily (along with halo, promagnon, triumphalis) - something wet or a progestin is the ticket if you aren't gyno-prone or williing to fight it. M14add, tvar, max lmg, dienelone (trenazone is the only one out) can all be ran for 6 wks, 8 on the trens should you be so inclined (I'd be using TUDCA w/ the pro-dbol tho to go 6wks). That'd give you 2 cycles of 5/3/1 if you skip the deload after 1st 3 wks. You won't need it on the gear.
I'd imagine the new Mithras (double-methyl phera, the way sdrol is double-methyl m1t) would be wet, and would be good for a 4-6wk gig (speculating here, only 4 is advised with the lack of feedback - seems likely it'd be fairly harsh w/ mandatory TUDCA).
I only tried the rest pause out - it's a great tool if you don't have time to fully hit a muscle but want to at least work it. Been doing 5/3/1 with the Triumvirate, to good effect honestly.

Couple guys on here have said you need to be looking at a gram, and if half that makes you feel God awful... If you don't need paper thin skin for contest, forget bold - there's a lot of other compounds. Prohormones always act differently than their target compound. M14add is pro-dbol, but actually acts more like methyl bold they say. Tvar is a non-methyl, and you could run it for 8 wks with the injectable test. But you'll need 150mg minimum, and the sky is the limit, so for the price you could also just run injectable trenbolone assuming you have access - but they'll definitely act differently, and both will spare the liver.

Thanks a lot for the breakdown man. Been considering some of the options you mentioned. I am looking into unmethylated ones at the moment. I have the will power not to drink. However, this is the doctor season and they always like to go out and have a few glasses of bourbon with dinner or what not. As bad as it sounds, not joining in a little bit really detracts business. You would be surprised. Hanging out with doctors makes you feel like you are in an episode of Mad Men. I am going to save my methyl options for winter when that won't be an issue.
Only side effect I am prone to is Hair Loss. I ran Max LMG up to 150mgs with no AI and not even the slightest hint of gyno. I just thought it wasn't a great compound. No significant gains in strength and just a little size. I thought that was weird since everyone and their mom raves about it as a bulker. On the other hand, a low dose Bold and 11 oxo cycle got me huge, ripped, and put about 40 lbs on all my lifts. Just goes to show how differently everyone reacts.
I have been looking at Trenazone for 6 weeks as a kickstart. Might end up just doing all injectables or say **** the doctors and run a short cycle of a methyl. m1,4ad has been something I have always wanted to try or Methylclostebol. Or even Celtics new 1AD clone they got off Patrick Arnold himself. All my brother in laws and brothers ran it back in the day. From what they have told me and what I saw even at a young age, any potential hair loss would be worth those gains. Also might be able to grab some anavar. We will see.
As you can see, I have a lot of thinking to do haha
Oh and if you ever want to, try the rest pause for 6 weeks. My strength has been unreal. Squats are up 20lbs with the same reps. It has literally given me almost PH like gains
Since you will be drinking methylclostebol should be out. Not due to methylation but because of bp issues. Drinking to excess will raise bp. While I was drinking very heavily I was 145/90 most of the time.
Don't get me wrong its a great drug and I highly recommend it but I'd wait till drinking season is over.
I agree completely. My BP is always low even on ephedrine, test, you name it so I'm not too concerned. however, i agree that it just isn't healthy. one poison at a time haha. I will not be drinking heavily during a cycle just on occasions with the docs. if i am going to cycle i want to do it right.

In all seriousness, give the wife some attention - the extra rest will have you all the more powerful tomorrow in the gym for your 40 min slay session, & a happy wife is a happy life they say...plus she'll likely be more supportive of your lifting longterm if she believes it keeps you positive (instead of seeing it as some home-wrecking obsession).

Sorry for the lack of post my bro's still getting use to this repping thing!! Smashed some legs last night, the cycle is starting to kick in nice. I've run Epi before so I know what to expect but never Stano.. I have to say my Libdo is crazy high right now almost to the point of too much, its got to be the stano.. Also I know it's early in the run but I have zero lethargy which Epi usually does to me, lets just say i'm very happy right now..
