Actually, Danny boy was the first log I followed on AM. After seeing his progress through his last run and seeing how much the AM family supported him, I knew I wanted to be a part of it.

Hey guys I've been slacking on updates. Life's been crazy. Im actually updating this right now while in laying on the physical therapy table. I thought since I didn't have to work this past weekend I would be able to get some things done around the house that have needed done for a while. Long story short my wife worked all day Saturday and got called in Sunday so I played mr mom instead lol. Diet fell off once or twice. Got a little cheaty Saturday night and a little more last night. Nothing extreme just didn't stick to my plan.... Managed to sneak off the smash arms late yesterday afternoon though.

Pump was ridiculous. I saw a friend of mine that I hadn't seen in about 6 weeks and he commented how big my arms have gotten (they've actually gotten smaller) So we ended up doing 45 mins of LIIS. Gonna try and sneak in and hit chest after PT but not sure if I'm gonna have time or not though before I have to go In to work.

i'm afraid to ask what you had

if training today, simply have usual breakfast & postWO, then curb the carbs a bit for rest of day and replace them with protein to level things out, maybe an overall reduction of those final meals of ~50cals per..this will help to combat the damage, and do this for today only before resuming course tomorrow
if not training today: apply above to all meals except breakfast

Ha that's actually what I was planning on doing. And I had a penn station sandwich Saturday night and a bowl of "no added sugar" (as if that makes it much better) ice cream.
 
I'm actually thinking about throwing an extra romain spinach combo in three too.

Haha yeah it wasn't TOO bad, but still I'm in the mind set right now where I feel like every thing i do that isn't in "the plan" I've made is a set back ya know? I guess it's a weird POV. But I feel like if I'm not going forward I'm going backwards. I understand there has to be balance though or I think I'll burn out I guess you could call it. If that makes any sense
 
Alright so back on track...went in and hit shoulders/chest today. Felt great. Strength was way down on BB declines which I'm not worried about at because..well it's decline bench lol. If it wasn't part of the program I wouldn't even do them. SUper Sets on everything today. Rests were short and tempo was fast. All in all best day in the gym in a while

yeah not really a fan of these myself..i do them from time to time (just for variety) but they are not very useful to me in the grand scheme of things, would rather do chest-focused dips

told you man - it's all about lifestyle changes, consistency in diet; and - patience!
we can make some very nice changes in a relatively short amount of time, but digging in deep to places your body has natural inclination to hold the fat stores, is gonna take TIME, and PATIENCE in trusting the approach

you simply cannot do this overnight, or without a multi-pronged approach that all starts with diet
