caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

Despite the lack of carbs, i had a great pump. I believe the slintropin ( berberine specifically) has kicked for sure. This us a very effective GDA, since ive started the carb cycling and the myodyne supplements ive lost 3lbs :D

Hit back and abs.

Seated med grip rows- 70x10 100x10x4 70x10 (focus on scapular retraction)
Meadows rows- 25x12x4
Reverse grip tbar- 35x10 45x10x3

As always, did band and shoulder rehab/prehab work. The pictures im about to post, i have red knots on my back because ive been using a thera cane for trigger points on my back.

How'd those meadows rows feel when you first started them. Tried them out a few weeks back but couldn't do them comfortably.

Pete, they were odd at first. You have to have the hip thats on the same side of the arm thats rowing higher than the opposing hip. That way you have full scapular opening/rotation.

Shyt tyga...i got my exercises mixed up. For some reason i confused meadows for pendlay rows. Pendlays are what were uncomfortable. Even using light weight.

Never tried meadows. I'll have to look those up.
 
Legs
Man are my legs sore today!!! The workout felt beastly for sure, had a awsome pump/burn going on .. Legs were sooo cooked that elliptical was not happening so I grabed the sledge hammer and started swinging. This things really get my heart pumping and was drenched after that.
Supplements: Had another awsome night sleep, takes me about 30 seconds to fall asleep and slept all night without waking up.. Muscles are feeling fuller today than they have in a while, pump while lifting has been intense.. I've also noticed that my recovery in between sets has been better. Go Myodyne Go!!

Hit up another gym. Should only be a few bucks. Go to a planet fitness. You'll be the swollest guy there!

Plant will never let me in cause I lift things up and put them down !!! Lol. I wanted to break into the place. Instead I hit my treadmill

Im on a small vacay, been out of town since yestarday and wont be back until late monday. The SLINtropin should keep some of the bloat/glycogen im sure to accumulate down.

Yeah man it was a big fish.. Been a awhile since I caught one that big.. I had a cool aid smile going on.. :)

LOL I believe it. You oughta check out Lake Ontario smallies.instead of lake George. They averaged 3lbs with a few 8s sprinkled in. This was pre goby infestation. I've heard they're just absolute slugs now.

Felt so good to hit the gym again after 3 days off.. The gym was packed so it kind of threw my workout off having to wait, ran out of time and didn't get my cardio in.. The pump that I have had since starting these 3 supps has been nuts. The pump comes on so fast and get to the point of painful. It actually effects the amount of weight that I'm able to lift but who cares since my muscles are rock hard at the end.. Tried something different for the FST-7 set which was Super Setting 2 exercises, man was this hard!!! No pain no gain right?? Shoulders and Tri's tonight..

Kinda got over my pansiness with my right quad and put some weight on the bar.

Donkey calf- 200x12 240x10x4

Lying leg curl- 20x10 30x8x4 (TUT/negative)
Hack squat -45x5 45x5 45x8 superset with jefferson squats - 65lbs x 5x3 (5 reps per leg)

Felt good, had excellent contractions. Im almost on my last notch on my weight belt.. its sooooo close. The slintropin had my forearms veiny, i was hittin legs. Wut.

Post workout snack

40g mixed jumbo rasins

Postworkout meal
1 c white rice

Magic sauce

2nd post workout meal
1 kangaroo flat bread

Final notes
-endurance was up
-quad and ham pump was awesome
-veing fore ams even though i was hitting legs
-joints are achy
-libido is stupid, wife loves it.

What flavor iso 100 you using? I finished a tub of pina colada a while back; it wasn't incredible but it really grew on me, mixed incredible, and was so versatile. One of those flavors you are never excited about but never mind drinking - which I'll take any day.

Nice Caz! Hope it goes swell, too bad I'm balls deep in PCT for another 2-3wks & really couldn't judge a natty booster well anyway if I was out of pct cuz I'd just have come off one lol

The flavors & mixability are hit or miss, but if you find the flavors you appreciate you never regret it - their products are a pretty good value considering the #of servings & macro profile vs cost. And they have any speed you need; if I had to pick only one brand to get all my proteins from forever I'd have to choose them.

Just got my tub of Species Cherry Vanilla Isolyze from the lockout sale last weekend - won't get to crack it for a while yet, but when I do it's going head to head with my previous impression of Colada ISO 100. It's even purer & price point/serving is the same, but we'll see who mixes & tastes better :hammer:

The pump i had today was plum silly. Literally after my finishing my first set of the reverse pad preacher curl my biceps were HUGE and flat out pumped. Had some awesome veinage poppin across my bicep again, and my forearms were a dope fiens paradise with all the veins i had exposed!

Also i caught mad bonage today when i started thinkin about layin it down to the wifey...

It better! Im going to increase my kcals next month from 2300 to 2500. Then to 2700 when i start the alpha 20.. probably end around 2900 kcals. Reaching for 170 again lol

With Alpha 20 might as well just hit 3000 kcals. Its only for a few weeks and you will need to fuel the machine that is Methyl 1AD. Go big or go home.

Sorry for the lack of updates yesterday just been slammed at work.. Hit up a little back and trap action last night.. I was just exhausted at the gym, I spent all afternoon in the 90 degree weather outside walking around a new property we bought at work. I was dressed in slacks and a button down shirt and by the end dripping sweat!! I can tell you one thing Clen and hot weather do not mix!! LOL It was not one of my best workouts but I got it in !!

Supplement notes: Ergopure should be labled as the pornstar pill cause after a long day at work, then hitting the gym came home and put the smack down on the wifey!!! Libido is sky high, random wood at work and standing at attention every morning!! This stuff is just awsome for PCT!!
