Despite the lack of carbs, i had a great pump. I believe the slintropin ( berberine specifically) has kicked for sure. This us a very effective GDA, since ive started the carb cycling and the myodyne supplements ive lost 3lbs
Hit back and abs.
Seated med grip rows- 70x10 100x10x4 70x10 (focus on scapular retraction)
Meadows rows- 25x12x4
Reverse grip tbar- 35x10 45x10x3
Db row- 20x12 25x12x3
As always, did band and shoulder rehab/prehab work. The pictures im about to post, i have red knots on my back because ive been using a thera cane for trigger points on my back.
Post workout back shots, straight kicked this workout in the sack.

How'd those meadows rows feel when you first started them. Tried them out a few weeks back but couldn't do them comfortably.
