Being awake for 24 hours makes Monte a grumpy boy. But on the bright side I have all day to sleep with no kids at home. Going big with a full scoop of G8. See y'all in 16 hours![]()
You think you are scared now, just pray that she does not go through post pardum. Now that is scary!Same everywhere....hate when that happens...
I'm afraid of my wife now....all those hormones she's got right now. Pregnant females are scary.
Yeah not sure if it is the high volume with the almost drop set style of HST-7 sets at the end pushing you farther than you could go normally, or if there is something to the fascia stretching. I do know that when I do the stretches with DC training the pump and what not is increased by almost double so I think there is definitely something to the fascia stretching allowing more volume of blood into the muscle but not sure it makes for additional growth.High volume does wonders for me. I don't fully believe in the Fascia Stretching aspect of the program but I like the high volume and heavy sets mixed together.
Also there are so many differant ways to build the program.
Pre exhaustion with FST7
FST7 at the end for flush sets
FST7 compound movements for crazy people
Its very versatile indeed.

Oh yea that is a certainty, you could probably get away with adding in some tabatta training on the bike or something, or just 20 minutes of LISS at the end of your workouts.

Lol gonna have to figure something out that's for sure.
Try sprint work dude. Makes cardio go sooo much faster. I do 45sec-1 min walk/ 30-45 sec sprints.

Been there done that, got the T-shirt, was told I didn't deserve the t-shirt it was her that went through it. That I always make it about me, and would never be able to understand what it feels like to be that emotional or sweat in 50 degrees. To top all that off she couldn't find matching socks which makes her cry because she realized her kids are growing up and won't always be together under one roof.
My wife went through peri-menopause then had a hysterectomy so I have been on that roller coaster for years now.

woah, thats exactly like what my wife is like when pregnant. she was crying the other day because our three year old "doesn't look babyish anymore". lol, it's tough to take her seriously sometimes LOL!!!but you have to sit and listen and tell her it's ok anyway, even if you just want to video tape it and show it to her when she's not hormonal and acting rational again. lol!!!
Lol when my wife was Preggo she cried at commercials on TV...like not even sad ones. And she still cries because our 2 yr old doesn't look like a baby anymore and she's not even knocked up lol
HA! thats so funny! and then there I am waiting for him to turn 5 or six so I can get him into sports and (eventually) lifting
Seriously iPad + Netflix + LISS = WIN
So you really want to deal with "They are gonna hurt my baby!" ?
Totally agree with you. From when my son was young right on up through hockey, I always told him don't lay on the ice. You lay on the ice if you can't get up...if not you crawl to the bench if you have to.Not really but I do try to take that mentality with my kids, they are so soft nowadays.
