Dosed 20mg SD, Achilles, cycle assist, same **** as yesterday.

Went to the doctor today about my elbow, looks like I have tennis elbow. Never played tennis in my life lol. Says I should take a few weeks off... Not going to happen! Hit legs today.

Thought about attempting 405 on squats but I think I mentally psyched myself out lol. Pretty happy with breaking my previous PR so early in the cycle.
So I've been noticing every single semi good looking girl, seems like all I've been thinking about is sex, weights and food. Must mean my test is gtg. Was a bit skeptical about making my own test.
Ill be up for 24 hours so diet won't be tracked but I've been eating a lot and pretty clean.

This is why I'm running a low dose of deca in my cycle. I think it's helped my shoulder

Unfortunately it's just one of those things. I can work around it until after the wedding. Will still push it as far as I can without any major discomfort.

Made wifey to be pin my left glute. Was smooth but have slight pip today. Woke up 2 hours before my alarm which is never good before night shift. Still went down and hit shoulders tired as hell and still hit a PR.

I'm just going to call today a fail. Slept in, forgot to Pre plan my meals for work, was actually late to work because I had to go do something at the gym lol. Didn't have time for a complete arms workout so I split it and just hit triceps.

Triceps were actually smoked after this. It's almost 24hrs later and their still tight and pumped. Today's supposed to be an off day but ill go down and hit some biceps. I finally got some enhanced so ill give that a go and see what the fuss is about.
Diet.... No diet today, still had three normal healthy meals but on the way to work I brought a whole chicken, a loaf of bread and some garlic aioli. Will get back on track today. Got 4 days off starting today and I'm ready to SFW!!!
 
Somewhere along the lines of last night I've managed to pick up a flu of some sort. Runny nose, sore throat, headaches. Not very nice. Test flu perhaps?
 
Day 10

Dosed SD 20mg, cycle assist, hawthorn, Achilles and all the other shït.

This cold has had a decent go at me so I decided to rest up today, eat a shïtload of food and get an early night. Haven't been sick in a long time so I think it's just test flu. Hopefully be all good to hit it tomorrow.

Really started to feel better this afternoon. Had a couple hours nap time and felt pretty good, still a bit blocked up but decided to go in and hit the gym for a push day.

Didn't push it too much as I realized pretty quick that my strength has taken a hit from this flu. Still managed to put up some decent numbers.
I'm starting to notice some acne, nothing major but definitely related to hormone use.
Calories will be just under 3k as I missed a meal due to nap time. 230g pro 250g carbs and the rest fats.
 
So if your 75% today, maybe 85% tomorrow, then almost rock solid the next day. Good for you getting some training in. I'm sure the sweat helped out but you're probably totally cashed now?

Yeah def on the up and up! Hopefully be back at it full steam tomorrow! Haha there was definitely some decent sweat happening lol! I don't usually use a Pre workout but i was keen to try enhanced by pes to see what the fuss is about. I like it a lot but **** me it makes me sweat!
