So that was something scary for sure. Lessons learned: don't go all out with a new toy and buy some wrist wraps. If that safety bar wasn't there to take most of the force I probably wouldn't have walked out of the gym tonight but it still hurt like hell and knocke the wind out of me. I almost passed out when I stood up... Hopefully I don't have anything painful pop up tomorrow...
