I literally play volleyball and indoor/outdoor soccer for my unit PT. The second someone days "Hey lets do a unit run for PT"

Lol. Last deployment we got lazy sometimes. We would have our unit leaders meeting with our CO and be like "yeah we'll have em do work Sir" then we'd take it indoors and play volleyball or soccer. Good times

Lol my meal was pretty shytty tho. Not the greatest foods to be eating but no time to cook and eat in the morning . But if that's the biggest meal then damn brotha.. How are u pushing all that weight ?! No wonder ur getting injured, need to fuel that body up!!

Got Legs or Deads tomorrow. Been doing only CHEST, LEGS, DEADS for about 2-3 weeks now. My shoulder is way too effed up to continue with presses. I havent even done any real direct arm work in 4-8 wks either. May have to check that out again. Getting ready for PCT in a few weeks. I had considered doing self prescribed TRT but without knowing if the gear you get is legit or properly dosed its just not worth the risk IMO. Ill have bloods drawn about 4 wks into PCT and again at 8 wks just to make sure Im g2g. If not then I may consider going to a TRT clinic. Ive

Just did the math. I have three weeks left of test and two days left of m1a...

Sad how everything ends... I am very hopeful for a smooth pct. I have exem, clomid, DAA, fadogia, hcg, 2 bottles of max pump, albuterol, caffeine, multis, D, joint stuff, lclt, beta alanine, BCAA pills, leucine, mmm I think that's it... Recommendations?
 
X-Gels is the Arachadonic Acid that I just stopped taking because of my pre-existing ****ty shoulder. Lots of people claim strength gains off it.

Anabeta Elite is just awesome. Has one ingredient that makes you eat like a hoss and does some weird magical natural anabolic whatnot in your body...I noticed strength gains from it. Back broke out too, so it did raise test. Then it has 95% Forskolin and then some other ingredient for cortisol control.
 
CSA2179 sent me half a bottle of the regular Anabeta I just finished up...I have notice my back broke out a lot last 2 wks, makes perfect sense now as that's all the pills I had. Idk about strength, I'm coming out of PCT so hard to say. Nothing big noticeable, but no sides besides acne.

Get a good GDA man. First time I've ever used one; when I ran out of Glycobol I about cried - I'd fallen in love with it over the first month of PCT. Stuff gives your muscles such a full look; almost like you're on a glycogen-retaining methyl still. It's badass & will help inhibit the fat you'll be pre-disposed to gain coming into PCT. Glycobol was great; a lot of people say Slinsanity is good & tyga liked Slintropin. Need2Slin is pricier than Glycobol, has stims in it, & didn't work as well with the same diet for me. Plus Glycobol makes your loads sweet. Your wife will be lovin' it.
 
I've used AA before with some gaspari product like 5-6 yrs ago. Loved how dried out I got. I like the sound of anabeta though...

Not worried about a gda right now. The max pump actually has some repartitioning effects at twice daily doses and paired with albuterol I'm not too worried about my fat cells blowing up...
 
Squats done and done. Way didn't feel it guys. Tired, no energy, piss poor performance. Did a couple warmup sets after treadmill warmup. Then 5 working sets at 315. Took video of first and last set. First set looked good, open for review. Last set was gawd awful. I blame it on the belt, it felt way tight and ruined the movement for me. Then a few sets of leg press at 14 plates, last set was 25 reps. Some back ext with a quarter. That's all she wrote. I'll get vids up later...

Fckin terrible bro.. Smh.. Lol jk bro it was good but gotta get that depth. I'm not one to judge squats but some of the reps looked alil high .other then that, looked strong brotha. Made it look like light weight on ur back
 
They weren't too bad man. You didn't ask for advice but I'm your e-friend so Im going to offer it lol I bet if you learn to appropriately hit depth , or close to..i know you're not a powerlifter (not sure if you do other sets so please don't take offense) then it'll be a much more "comfortable" and stable squat. Goblet squats are a good way to find that groove, for me personally. They force me to stay upright and soread my knees. You get your hips back which is great, too me fcking forever to figure that out.

You have a badass gym
 
This was way better. It's one of my warmup sets at 315. The belt WAS too tight and restrictive. I'm so pissed cuz today I want to squat but have to deadlift...

Its a pretty good gym just wish they had more racks and barbells... Its cheap as hell though, 25 a month!

I'm great up to 3 plates. It's like I have a mental block that makes me think its heavy as shyt when its not. This makes me lean forward resulting in instability and the psych out makes me not hit depth. I'll check out goblets for remedial training Thanks

You're like me (and half the rest of the squatting population) that subconsciously decides going deeper is too hard so it's a great idea to make your squat into a 300lb good morning to get the bar lower....sit back AND spread the knees til you're down in that hole bud. Drive the knees apart & spread the floor with CHEST UP to explosively rise.

I know you know this but I can't keep quiet as strong as you are - it only gets worse with more weight if you don't sort this out now. Ask me how I know. My sets of 375 for 5 became 335x5 really quick once I learned what depth was lol
