Thanks man. Yeah its monroe, half her face is zombie lol. I got a full shoulder sleeve on the right side. I am holding off on ink for a bit. My artist is a very good friend and he freehands all his stuff. I got a stomach piece and full back piece planned but am waiting for the right time. I had the pinup done a few months ago. Its nice to trade gear for ink lol

Sorry for lack of updates. I filled my workout log up so didnt get to log my last few. Got a new book today. Gunna hit the gym in about 5 hours then I will update. My cycle is being pushed up a week. Our chowhall out here is being closed early then diet is gunna take a hit. So in order to maximize my time eating right I decided to start a week early so I can have 14-15 weeks of a steady diet instead of about 13.

In 2 weeks I will be bringing in tbol or anadrol havent decided. I will also start bringing in letro at .5mg ed in the AM to control aromatization from 1g of test.

I have switched to lower rep ranges and increased weight. Starting monday would be week 4 or higher rep ranges. From my experience I adapt at about 4-5 weeks. My workouts now will consist of several lifts with 4-5 working sets in the 4-8 rep range. At the end of the workout I will be finishing with FST7 for Quads, Hams, Back and chest on their respective days. For other body parts they will receive 3-4 pumps sets of 12-16 reps of a isolation movement.

I am experimenting on hitting weak points for smaller muscle groups such as outer bicep head, forearms, outer tricep, rear delts and calves. I will hit them on non dominant training days with a superset consisting of 4 sets at a 10,8,8,8 rep range. This in theory should expose them to a large pump (increasing nutrient intake, and fascia stretching) as well as expose them to an extra 8 total sets per week on top of their dominant training days.

I told my coach of my AAS use and he was cool with it and we are tailoring workout stuff to sync up with my blast and cruise. He tells me what I am working on, i pick the compounds, he gives his recommendation and advice on it and tells me my lifting and diet routine. Pretty sweet deal, all custom tailored with no cookie cutter routine sh*t

Ok got my diet and routine.... FML. I might die. Everything is crazy compounds and the supersets are beyond nutz... now called deathsets. I got back and triceps in the morning. I will post up diet stuff later on PAGE 1. Not gunna get particular just the down and dirty details
 
Keep putting in work. Diet is the hardest part. Mine is killing me right now but the bf is dropping like crazy.
