Did 17.5km/h Sprints this morning, got a good sweat going ...hoping this will help me get another win at football on the weekend..
Oh yes, there are multiple ways of competing. Some are counties, cities, townships etc. And then they get higher up such as state and trying to make nationals. They also have smaller levels than that, can't rly explain it because I Havnt done any but yeahForgive me if this is a silly question, but if a girl like myself wanted to get into competing, is there a beginners kinda level in most competitions? How is it organised? Just curious

Thanks mate , Ive recently started using enhanced ( courtesy of Chris ), and this has made my workouts even more focused, I just never wanna stop lifting!! Haha. It really helps! And yeah, when i got back to gym, I felt a million times better and more keen to tackle the weights!!Yeah I just took some time off to let the body recover. Came back swingin in my lifts too! Felt great to be back, break was well worth it.
