Fantastic leg workout this morning, felt awesome to be back in the squat rack :), legs shaking like crazy!!

Almost back to 100%. Still a little sick and appetite has crashed hard but I'm recovering. I do intend to ride it out tonight though :)

Had my friend squat with me the other day. He's never touched weights. Oh man did he hate me the next day. Hopefully you can walk better than he can!

This morning's workout: Day 6: legs
Triset one (4 sets)
BB squat 5-7 reps 1:7x50kg
2:7x50kg
3:7x55kg
4:6x60kg
5:6x60kg

Lying leg curls 10-12 reps
1:12x11kg
2:12x11kg
3:12x18kg
4:10x25kg

Calf raises-squatting 4x25

Triset 2:
BB deadlift
1:6x50kg
2:6x50kg
3:6x55kg
4:5x60kg

Walking lunges 10-12 reps
4x10x12.5kg each hand
Calf stretches 4x10
Really enjoyed this :)

Parallel squats at the moment, but would really like to get to ATG squats as my strength improves
Pretty boss girl! Try them ATG at some point. Start light and work up. I started ATG a few months ago and made awesome gains compared to parallel

Thanks for the feedback and kind words mate, have been thinking about giving the ATG technique a go, Chris has shown me great technique which helps a lot :)..will see how I go :)

It's all about technique but once you get it down you'll love em I swear! I make my wife do ATG and then we work up to maximum effort with parallel box squats for strength training. She loves that routine

Can't sleep at the moment, may try and pick up a sleep aid...still keen to train tomorrow though. No limits, strength and courage will always push me to keep trying harder

This mornings workout: I'm still shaking from this! Had 1/2 scoop enhanced mixed with 1/2 scoop mesomorph preworkout, had me focused throughout n buzzing like crazy!

Standing lateral raises
4x7x6kg each hand

Cable rope high pulls
4x10x25kg

Seated dumbbell shoulder press
4x10x10kg each hand

Triset two..
6x10 swiss ball crunches
6x10 garhammer raises
6x10 Schwarzenegger raises..
Plus some extra lower ab work that has my core feeling tight as anything, seeing some definition coming in slowly :)

My legs are still sore as anything from Tuesday, but keen to get back into gym tomorrow n smash out as many heavy reps as I can! Strength comes from within and shines on the outside :)

Ran hard for a full game of football this morning despite feeling a bit lethargic, felt good to get aggressive with the ball...back into weight training tomorrow morning, can't wait :)

Back into gym tomorrow after work, have really pulled diet up strict, no rubbish, keen to get the abs in gear. Let's do this!!!!!!!

Yesterday's workout, day three: arms.
Triset one:
Incline close grip BB press 5-7 reps (4 sets)
4x5x30kg (up from 27kg)

Reverse french press 10-12 reps
4x10x15kg (up from 12.5kg)

EZ skull crusher 1-10 reps
4x10x17.5kg (up from 15kg)

Triset two:
EZ preacher curl 5-7 reps
4x7x25kg

DB cummerford curl 10-12 reps
4x12x8kg each hand

Incline hammer curl 1-10 reps
4x10x8kg

This is my last week of this programme, and I've enjoyed it a lot :)..excited to start a new one next week :)

7x10 swiss ball crunches

Refuelling with some chicken and veggies now, arms r spent and core is tight. Strong end to the day :)

Triset 1:4 sets, supersetted...
DB bench press 5-7 reps
4x5x15kg each hand

DB Flye 10-12 reps
4x10x7kg each hand (up from 5kg)

Dips (assisted)
1-10 reps
4x10x15kg assisted

Triset 2:
Neutral grip pull up (assisted) 5-7 reps
4x7x20kg

Ez bar bent rows 10-12 reps
4x10x27.5kg

Seated cable row 1-10 reps
4x10x23.5kg

Pretty tired but felt strong after this :)..

I could never let my girl get into taking pre workouts. Next thing ya know she'd be taking all my supps! Condense is very good, a lot of my friends take it.
