So this will be a true test of PX Black to see how fast it takes to get back to where I was and then see how shredded I can get on top of that!

Oh I do lol, I know it's just bloat and sugar though so I am not worried about it at all. Just surprised how quickly that got out of hand so just thinking out loud really

It's quite useful. Lemon lime tastes amazing. Pretty good focus and pump without any jitters. Perfect for these late night gym trips

Okay so I had this Cucumber Lime Gatorade (yes I'm Hispanic lol) and the micro (lemon lime) mixed really well with it. I didn't want to clean a shaker so I improvised and I was surprised how well it turned out.

Fruit punch was good, like Hawaiian punch but ever so slightly watered down. Like think maybe 1-2 ounces of water added to a glass of Hawaiian punch haha

Chest and arms like a bro lol! Look at dem veins though. Those extra carbs are definitely giving some added pump still. Don't worry about the waist. I would try to move my last feeding time up the next couple nights to get some extra fasted time in. That would definitely help get that little bit of water off.

I've always been vascular for no apparent reason. That picture was taking in the car while eating some cheetos and drinking Gatorade lol..

I gotta just eat good food again! Enough refined, processed, preservative filled sh*t! I like fasting through out the day and eating around 4-5 til about 9-10 and I go to sleep around 1-2 so it all works out. My sleeping schedule is pretty messed up but I get the hours I need so I'm not dying to try and fix it as I am already used to eating at those times!

yup some are just blessed with good vein placement..just like taller vs. shorter guys, big-boned vs. skinny etc
of course, being leaner and shedding water & fat always helps bring them out - as does Gatorade believe it or not :D
you got some interesting placement of stretchmarks there bro..i got some nasty ones inside my arms and inner thighs, but luckily that's pretty much the extent

I'm a sodium fiend. I overdo it naturally even though I stopped adding salt to everything 2 years ago.
I have stretch marks everywhere. Especially arm shoulder chest area and the tie ins. Even like inside of my elbows

My chest always gets pumped from pullovers and when I was doing shrugs my chest striations were popping like no other. Omg so cool

Ran 2 miles outside.

I haven't done cardio in a year and I surprised myself making it to the end of that trot. Felt good and the endorphins from running on top of lifting made me feel beastly.

too many carbs and wayyy too much fat in entire meal for postWO timeframe imo
esp when you are training for leanness, with show in mind?

I likes high prot and high carb meal post workout (around 25-40% of all my carb intake post workout <3 sometimes even 50%) and some BCAAs om nom nom!

Agreed on the too much fat post workout though oO I never put that much fat either.

i will say however - in my firm opinion, that dieting approach is not conducive to a prep or trying to get as lean you can be, not at all..in fact, sabotaging yourself

I plan on changing my diet 3-5 times before the show. Right now with school and finals I'm lucky if I eat 3 times.

Down the road while I refuse to eat 6-10 small meals everything will shortly start to even out so I'm not starving for 16 hours. And honestly I'm trying to figure out what weight I am going to come in at so I figured I'd lean down initially with something a bit lenient.

Ill take your opinion on fat intake into account, I normally don't do this often it was just the running that got me :)

why refuse to eat 6-10x daily? more importantly - why even consider more than 5-6?
i don't advise numerous amounts of feedings daily (context, depends on whet you consider numerous, for my purposes here we'll say anything more than 6)..at the same time, if someone wants to do that and it works for them, i'm certainly not against it (and sometimes eat 7, 8, 9x daily myself)
6 meals is a good target imo, and at least 5
or, you can look at it as 3 meals + 2-3 snacks
or - if you want to get old school, there is a saying: 3 steaks + 3 shakes daily will get a mofo lean & swole :D

especially with your sleeping issues and the amount of time you are awake, i think you are doing yourself a disservice by going so long between feedings
 
I like 3 meals and 2 ambigu-like snacks haha. At least 2-3 red meats and the rest either dairy/fish/poultry. Om nom nom!!!

I meant meals as in meal meals I don't count snacks haha. So I guess my 3 are equal to your 5-6

As for "IF", I'm not really fasting on purpose. Just really busy and whenever I do finally crash I'm out for the count so I gotta cram in the nutrients I need in the time I have left!
 
Ultimately you have to do what fits you best and what works for you as obviously we are all so different in our makeup.

I, myself tried IF and i was so ravenously hungry it was all i thought about. On the other hand, the typical 6 meals seems to work well for me.

So spent like 3 hours on my test, went to class and then had to stay after to finish my "group" project which really constitutes of me doing everything.

Got home at like 9 to a nice steak, baked potato and some rolls from Tx Roadhouse. Nom'd and that's where I am at now. With 2 caps ALC CLA

Going to take a break today since my chest is shredded (all those pullovers) and I dont think I'd get a good shoulder workout in. There's that AND I got some Lunesta so I really wanna hit the hay early today and get a good nights sleep. Thursdays are my Fridays and I like to finish strong (this is the first semester I am actually not dead as it rounds the end for so I dont wanna ruin that)

During the day I really just ate peanut butter sandwiches and some Endurance BCAA's. Again with ALC CLA
