i got an email with trackin info claiming ups delivery on wednesday. it wuld be nice to have it by wednesday morning though so i can use it on deadlift day. otherwise im waiting another week to use it

You do deads once a week? Is this standard protocol?

i do madcows 5x5. so i squat heavy mon/fri. and squat light + heavy deads wednesday

i could totaly switch those and deadlift twice if i wanted. but my squat sucks so id rather work on that
 
Got mine yesterday. Thanks guys. I am taking a week off of training but am interested to see what is in this and give it a shot once I get back into the gym. :)
 
Used mine today,review will go up tomorrow,I was very pleased :D
