4- Would you be willing to update your log at least 4 times a week? - No problem at all, I always frequently update my logs, usually 7 days a week!
5- What other supplements will you be taking in conjunction with Apple Fusion BCAA+SAA? Whey protein, multi, fish oil, creatine mono, pre workout, Iforce joint help for a week or so. and G8 on nights I can sleep in the next day!!!
6- Current training routine... I start the workout with a heavy compound movement (squat, bench, DL) usually work up to around a 1 rep max and if im feeling good go for a new 1RM then drop back down for 5x5, after that I work in the hypertrophy rep range with drop sets on many exercises, very high volume.

I have tried many finaflex products and loved them and their company in general. I would LOVE to see how this would help enhance my workouts. I usually drink just plain bcaas while working out and would love to see how the added SAA would help with my high volume workouts!!! 7.Cant link yet. I have done about 8 logs on muscle and strength.com. Specifically bcaa logs include, isatori restoraid, formutech endurance, and SAN pro reloaded.

I've been interested in SAA for awhile now. I take BCAA religiously as I train 16+ hours fasted

TBH I don't think anything has helped my during work performance and post work recovery more than BCAAs. Add the silk to our mix and there's nothing better!

Congratulations Guys, I had a bottle of this on my doorstep when i got home last night. I can honestly say that this is the best flavor we have put out in anything. EVER. That is saying a lot because CELL SHOCK tastes great but this stuff beats it in my book!

It is somewhere in between sour apple and apple cider and is just damn good!

Just found my tub. Def tastes good. 8oz for a sweet taste. 16oz for more of a cider taste. Very pleased!
