First bad day since I started the log happened today. No energy. Pain in my shoulder and elbow. Pumps felt good as always with MAX PUMP but I just want feeling it. I took about a two hour nap before I trained so that might be a big factor. Pics are disappointing too. Bad lighting and abs are totally washed out. Just a bad day!

Thanks Snags. I've never done a "real" bulk with a high calorie and carb intake. Thank you for the internet backhand to get my mind right. I know I can cut the fat I gain back off and this is part of it. Bad day in the gym got my head messed up. No more whiney bitch shyt out of me. Back on track.

Yeah man for bulking you are doing a great job. If you are at the heaviest body fat wise you want to be then modify some things so you are still growing just gaining less fat, or just keep bulking towards that 240.
 
Leg day....got back on track but had some more back pumps. I had some NASTY vascularity in my quads during my FST7 leg presses. Didn't snap a picture cause I didn't want to look like a complete tool lol. Still noticing the lactic acid reduction from the MAX PUMP along with increased endurance.

Hit a quick shoulder session. Didn't take any pre workout besides MAX PUMP and didn't even take my phone. Just enough to get the blood flowing. It went something like

Alrighty! MAX PUMP had been taken and its back day! Went with Muscle Marinade again. I like this combo a lot. Update when I'm done.
 
Hrmmmmmm pumps. I couldn't find the right angle to the camera so my right side looks much better lol. You get the point though.

Today's workout was good. Changed some things up. Did some hammer strength uni-lateral Pulldowns instead of wide grip cable Pulldowns. Also tried meadows rows one last time, but instead of a barbell I used the chest supported tbar row machine. Liked this a lot better. Couldn't use as much weight so it didn't bother my back nearly as much. Did four sets of wide grip pull ups to start 12 reps reach set.

Today is an off day. Woke up this morning with some nice vascularity going on from my nightly dose of MAX PUMP. Bumped the G8 up to a full scoop last night and slept about ten hours lol. Feel awesome today. Back at it tomorrow!

I've had these Fat Gripz sitting in my closet for a year so I decided to try them out today......PAIN! After incline curls I was hurting bad so I skipped barbell curls. My fore arms are jello right now. Good session today though! Almost out of MAX PUMP. Sad sad sad.

Today's session was good. Went back to higher rep targets and had some great pumps. Shoulder bothered me some but not debilitating. I really like the MAX PUMP before bed and then again pre workout. Nice combo for sure.

Last workout of the log. Was a leg session. I've had some great progress during this run with MAX PUMP and I've made some big improvements with reps especially on legs. Today I had some wicked awful back pumps though and they got so bad I had to cut my workout short due to some puking lol. Here are the lifts.

Ok final review for MAX PUMP

1 out of 5, with 5 being the highest score possible...

1) Vascularity/Pump (4.5)

After the initial loading phase I had crazy pumps in the gym. Vascularity was down a bit, but this has everything to do with my adding weight over the last couple months and nothing to do with the product. When I started taking my dose at night I would wake up with great pumps and actually feel leaner in the morning also.

2) Muscle Endurance/Stamina (5)

This is where I noticed the most change. Lactic acid didn't build up nearly as much during high rep sets and my endurance was the best it's been in a while. Added reps too all of my lifts across the board.

3) Muscle Strength (4)

Not sure if my strength went up our the increased endurance did it but I added weight to about seventy percent of my lifts. I don't do any low rep high weight work so I can't say for sure.

4) Overall Physical Performance (5)

The increased endurance had me at a great new level during this log. More weight, more reps, faster recovery time all made my performance top notch and the best it's been in months.

5) Overall Opinion of Product (5)... How much do you like this product???

This is one of the top three products I've ever used. As a pre workout it rocks with some major pumps. As a staple it gives great pumps during the day and seems to have a repartitioning effect when taken with food or before bed. Increased endurance and reduction of lactic acid build up for the higher reps makes it a great product for a recomp, cut or even a bulk depending on your goals.

I've been blown away by MAX PUMP and IGNITE and will definitely be using MAX PUMP as a staple and rotating ignite into my pre workout supps from now on. Any questions let me know. Thank you Finaflex team and especially Kleen for giving me the opportunity to run this log for you guys. Hope I lived up to your expectations.
