Of course walking into a gym it's a known fact you'll have to wait for the bench presses. Atleast at college recs anyways.. had a kid do around 12 sets, 5 reps each, with 95lbs. I don't mind waiting but it took him 25 minutes(took leisurely breaks in between).. I just wanna know what kinda program this prick thought of.
I do roughly 5mins rest (somewhere between 3.5-4.5mins) for bench presses while on EBroser's P/RR/S power week. since i know i'm gonna take too long, whenever i see someone wanting to use the bench i always offer it and work alternately (even if i know i would have to remove 150lbs just so a guy could start benching, then put the weights back on when it was my turn).
oh and one guy thought i was a douche because of this, i offered him the bench, (even if i had just 2 sets left) he said no he would wait. i said "are you sure because i will take long rests?" he said yup.. after the 2nd to the last set, during the rest period he comes up to me and says "are you going to "play", hurry up i will use!" (a**hole calls an exercise "playing").. he comes from India BTW..
Just do yourself a favor and ignore the red dot. I used to do photography and they were pushy as customers for that as well.
Lol at people who take PHs and have been lifting longer and weigh more, who still lift less than me.
Damn people. I could be huge if I decided to step up to some harder PH or real gear. I don't want to do that for another 6+ years at least. People need to get a sense of the real work it takes to get their body in shape, and forget pinning and sitting on their couch as their main workout. Those guys piss me off. And then the meatheads who run a few cycles and get half big but can't keep it and still can't lift, just blew up.

People that assume that by taking steroids they could be "HUGE" or on some other people's level are no different.. The guy who finds out you cycle then says "yeah I'd be just as big as you if I used" uhhh no you wouldn't
So you are saying that steroids don't work? Sure you can't get big just by cycling and doing nothing else. But you can also get half decent size with a crappy diet and training program with no direction. I know I could be much stronger or bigger with steroids. When you dial in your life to the specifics and push your natural limits, obvious using will help.

I was just wondering how you KNOW you would get bigger and stronger if you pinned
Not really a point just sound like you have it all figured out
Because steroids work through a well known and studied biochemical process with those effects and probably millions of guys have cycled and you can read their logs and experiences online... It's not a hard concept. If your asking why I think I could personally see gains on cycle, I know my diet sleep and training is on point, and I am making gains off cycle. Obviously a properly run cycle from start to finish would net me gains. You don't lose muscle from pinning etc other than what you may lose in pct unless your really stupid.

I never said that. I think you seriously misread my post. I'm sorry if you don't understand the science behind what you use... lol. Are you saying that people using something thousands of times is no evidence of how it works?! Studies, logs, all the big guys out there today on the powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strong man scene who are bigger than man could ever get 80 years ago, prove that with proper use a cycle can be a valuable tool. Why the hell would I have run a cycle when I am still young?
Were saying the same thing, just in a different way I think. I'm pretty sure that you guys misread my one sentence. I wasn't trying to school you, but it's frustrating sometimes for guys who lift hard, eat right, etc to have guys who do use look down on them. I see a high school kid I know deadlifting. His stance is real wide. Yes I know what sumo deadlifts are. But that wasn't what he was doing. He was deadlifting with a wide stance and grip outside of his knees. I stopped him and asked him what he was doing. He said some guy told him to widen his stance because the close stance is bad for the knees. I have been deadlifting for a while and have never heard such a thing. Kind of wish the guy had been there to ask wtf he was talking about.
Basically if you do this right while natty and gain then you will probably see great gains while on cycle.

My gym seems to have had an influx of teenagers who bring their skinny mates along to teach them how to train. I overheard this conversation last week:
DB's skinny mate: (bounces empty bar off his chest) "Is this right?"
DB: "Nah, you're bouncing it off your chest."
Good, I thought, he's correcting his form. But he had to go and spoil it when followed the statement up with:
"You only do that if you're doing a really heavy set and need some assistance"
Yep, that's exactly what your rib cage is for.. Bouncing heavy weights off! Genius!
Ok...so the other day i was readding this thread about all these douches at the gym, and then these dbags came in and started talkin about gear and were like "no bro!, your wrong brah! , shut up bro!, no you shut up brah!" like a couple lil girl's that got their tampons stuck. They hijacked the thread and now i havent read a good douche post in like 4 pages.....

Heard a guy at the gym the other day talking about his steroid use and how he eats like absolute shyt. No homo but the man has a perfect body and I know eating like shyt didn't get him there. Also one of the biggest most roided out dudes at my gym uses horrific form my God its almost like he doesn't know what he's doing but...he works his muscles..the steroids allow him to grow...and I'm pretty sure I've read that someone on injectable tren can sit on his ass and build lean mass while burning fat without lifting a weight lmao ! Is this true?I just read it that's all

I was warming up to max deads yesterday, I have like 345 on and this annoying kid who told me he knows every martial art ever and is gona fight MMA, "joking" told me to put another plate on. I told him I was going to. Meanwhile he's squating like 195 on the smith machine and is taller and heavier than me. I ended up pulling 525. Probably shattered the poor guys self esteem. At least he still knows how to fight MMA...
What makes it better is I have 2 friends up here in the club MMA, and 1 is going to fight and 1 actually does train, and they call super BS on this kid. He's also a hump bencher with his hips almost higher than the bar when racked, and has his feet all over the place.

Legit deadlifting. It did bruise my own ego a bit though haha. Only doing triples with that weight right now.
I'm not sure. I hate blatantly bad form. I mean this kid just like he's trying to rub one off on each rep.
Haha you don't need to have a bruised ego, I have always had a strong dead and have been killing to get back for this max. Triples with that is still good, if your deadlifting over 500 at all your stronger than 99% of the guys out there today.
Haha I know I am just messing. Trying to slowly work my way up doing 5 pound jumps with triples. Last time I did 535 for a triple and it was easy. Figure I can do more than 600 but no point in maxing at this point.
D bag of the day: a girl doing a super set. She's using the bench, and a machine on the other side of the gym. I had to wait this one out till she was done, I couldnt be a dick. This girl was using up the bench and doing some tricep workout and then going to a cable machine to do an overhead tricep pulldown. I wanted to use the bench to do some incline dumbbell curls.
