Amazing leg pump today.Great focus,energy,and endurance in the gym.Libido has been pretty high as well,acne has backed of quite a bit.Appetite has not been as high as normal either.Enjoying these products for sure.Morning weight was 176lbs.Here are working set numbers.Will update with MACKROS later :D

Im back!!!!Had a rough day yesterday,dont know what was going on.Today is an off day,going to do some cardio and abs later,and just enjoy the rest!

Omg.I just found out they have cranberry, blueberry, and lime flavored red bulls.Best day ever.

Anything other then regular is gross. I made the mistake in a hurry once and bought a 20oz. Sugar free red bull. Even though it cost $5 I could only make it through half before I threw it out, that stuff was gross. 7 months ago I gave up red bull, it sucks I miss that stuff. Saves me some money though.

Had a great workout today,starting to see some nice shape in the mirror.Morning weight was 175lbs.Not sure where its going or what is going.I know I wasnt extremely lean,but didnt think I had that much to lose,and I am not taking the Thermadex so its mainly the increase in cardio and diet change.Acne is still coming pretty heavy.Appetite is insane,I just wish I were bulking!I am having some fast hair growth I have noticed.Here are todays working numbers:

Nice job with your lifts man and great to hear your shaping up. I second that acne side. I noticed hair growth in the beginning but nothing new on that lately. Keep it up

Thanks man,hair growing fast and dark!Acne has been insane for me,and in strange places,like calves and forearms.
 
Oh yeah those are def awkward places I haven't had any there just my chest shoulders and forehead. As far As hair I noticed some fuzz on my upper back and traps, well my wife pointed it out bc she hates it lol

This has truly been the hardest part for me.I have had so much fun with the training change,and the products are doing awesome,but food has always been my weakness.Today is the last workout of this transformation and no matter what the end results are I am very happy with the last 3+ weeks,it has been fun and I have seen some good changes in my body and in the gym.

Final pics will be posted tomorrow.I did some posing tonight and I must say,I am very happy with the changes in 4 weeks,I still dont see the 5lb. loss,but I will let you all judge,and see what you think in comparison.I can easily say I am pleased and had some nice progress!
 
We see our selves every day Mack, it's always tougher that way.
