So I went with dumbbells today instead of barbell because they are easier on my shoulder. I also have long arms so I feel them alot more also. Haven't done dumbbells in a while so my weights were down a bit but got a massive burn and I'll probably be sore tomorrow lol. Knee felt good today after squats and leg press so I'm happy with that also. Was an overall good day. I'm a bit soft from all the carbs lately but I weighed in fasted at 219. Last weigh in was after a couple big meals at 220 so I'm holding steady if not putting on a little weight. Eight caps MAX PUMP thirty minutes pre an IGNITE2 ten minutes pre. Tomorrow I'll do eight uncapped MAX PUMP in my IGNITE. I bet it rocks
