Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

So I went with dumbbells today instead of barbell because they are easier on my shoulder. I also have long arms so I feel them alot more also. Haven't done dumbbells in a while so my weights were down a bit but got a massive burn and I'll probably be sore tomorrow lol. Knee felt good today after squats and leg press so I'm happy with that also. Was an overall good day. I'm a bit soft from all the carbs lately but I weighed in fasted at 219. Last weigh in was after a couple big meals at 220 so I'm holding steady if not putting on a little weight. Eight caps MAX PUMP thirty minutes pre an IGNITE2 ten minutes pre. Tomorrow I'll do eight uncapped MAX PUMP in my IGNITE. I bet it rocks :)

Every once in a while I move to barbell for some ungodly reason. I get better result from dumbbells by far and don't seem to have the shoulder problems as often.

2 4lb bags mesquite grilled chicken breasts
2 4lb bags teriyaki grilled chicken
2lb bag almonds
1 box of quinoa (never had this before)
1 large low fat cottage cheese
1 large Greek yogurt
1 container Fresh cut pineapple
1 bag cutie
1 jar natural pb
10 bananas
18 eggs

...... so exciting.....NOT

This is about a week and a half worth of food

quinoa is awesome stuff man - but moreso for the nutrient than for taste alone
if you find a good recipe and make it right, quinoa is quite tasty..
if you mess it up, it will be like "why the hell does everyone make such a big deal about this stuff?" and you will be mad

I keep 36 in the fridge at all times :) and yeah ill have to figure out how to cook these little buggers lol. Hear good things about the nutrient side but also bad things about the taste :)

NP dude! I'm just about out of rice and oats. All their stuff comes in a 50 pound bag so what you should do is either by there 5 gallon buckets or just go to the bakery in your local grocery store and ask them for any empty buckets of frosting that they have. There a pain in the ass to clean but they're free and you can always get more of them. My last order with them was 50 pounds of brown rice and 50 pounds of regular rolled oats and I was able to store it in 5 five gallon buckets
 
I guess I've been undershooting my calories more then I thought....I woke up this morning feeling nowhere near as lean as I normally do. Going to keep cals around where they were yesterday for a week or so and see how I progress.

Had a great session today. Strength is still going up and my endurance is sky rocketing. Added weight on A couple lifts and added reps on just about everything. Had some nasty back pumps again cause I didn't take my taurine long enough before my workout so I skipped rack pulls for a second time. Next back day I might throw them in after my warm up and hope they don't kill the rest of my workout.
