Leg Day

leg curls 3 sets
leg extensions 3 sets
hack squats 2 sec pause in the hole 3 sets
HS squat machine
worked up to a drop set starting with 14 plates and dropping 2 a side down to 1 legs were screaming!!!!
Stiff Leg deads with dumbells 3 sets
leg extensions 5 sets with 30 sec strech ea quad between sets
calves 6 sets

tanning

done 90 minutes total I was soaked and shaking by the time I was done LOL

Still killing legs. I love it!

A pro physique guy at my new gym doesn't really do sh!t for legs and it irritates the crap out of me.

In my opinion nothing is more impressive then a sick set of legs. Trying to get wheels like you DW

intervals 20 minutes 30 sec 9mph at 6incline on tread mill 60 seconds at 3mph and 6
bike level 7 1 mile fast as I could 7 minutes......

total workout time 90 minutes killed it!!

personally i am never confident during a prep, always feel small..
meanwhile, everyone will tell you that you look great, because that is what you want to hear
you got a leg up already, having a coach - pay no attention to anyone else

Seriously dude, we are all buds on here and if someone questioned where you're at right I believe they'd say it. You've done this b4 you know that lower AB/back fat comes off at the last min. I think you look great for 8 weeks, a lot can be accomplished in 8 weeks. This is why you have a coach as long as you do what he says its on him not you.

My coach has been feeding me refeeds for the last month that has stalled my fat loss a bit, his biggest concern was me being ready to quickly. Don't stress listen to him bro you got this!

Your right on point here!!! Having a coach is priceless in my opinion I can talk myself into almost anything if Im left in charge like cheat meals and refeeds, I just do what he says takes the thikning out of it and can just focus strictly on training and diet. He just said if your ready early dont worry about it we will just book a photo shoot and adjust your diet accordingly LOL.

I think my issue is at the begining of last prep I was much leaner so this one has been pretty tough LOL

You love them lol. You could always switch up some of the exercises from week to week. It's more about the total number of sets and intensity, than the exercises performed.

I'm not too sure about the over and backs lol I think I hate them to be honest. And they hurt my shoulders lol

Lol. If you hate them and feel like they're going to cause an injury, I'd drop them. You could stick with the wide presses instead.

Sorry about the lack of updates Ive still been in the gym and dieting hard. I just picked up a huge new sponsor so Ive been real busy working with them on all the details of our agreement. Also BossBody has been busy and has picked up a few new affiliates and clients so I havent havent had much tome to be on here.

Ill be doing another show 5 weeks after the cutler also so I have the culter may 5th then the Atlantic States June 8th so its going to be a busy summer LOL
