R3action PT and D-pol (sponsored)

I will be logging the new custard creme D-pol for the next 30 days. Due to the generosity of Purus Labs I have been given this opportunity free of charge.

Included in the package I received samples of Condense in both Crisp Apple and Melonberry flavors, which will be my pwo while they last.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be Physical Therapy for some shoulder injuries I'm working through. All the other days of the week I will be doing cardio and strength training. Chest is off limits for the next 2-3 months due to the way it loads my damaged shoulder. Everything else has been cleared to go heavy.

I will be working within a 6-10 rep range. Not really following a routine at this time. Just trying to go big or go home and hit a decent split as I feel able and just trying to get back in the swing of things while having some fun.

I have run several DAA products but have heard so much about D-pol that I am glad I have the opportunity to run it now. In fact so much has been said about it that I have already purchased two tubs of it for my pct to follow an Epistane run after this log.

Age: 26
Height: 6' 4
Weight: 278

Tomorrow will be my first day and I will post my first impression.

I'm not the biggest fan of taking pictures in fact I think I have posted a total of three since I've been on this forum. But there may be some throughout this log. My main goal is to get my strength back to where it was pre injury.

Thanks for following!

First and Im subbin the fûck out of this log!! Love me some dpol!!! After all this time you will finally get to see why! Kill this run Nate!

In it!

I've liked my trial run enough thus far that I've already picked up 2 more tubs as well to go with an ABE/EP stack coming up -

My Lord! Scoop of D-pol, serving Crisp Apple, holy awesome!

Right!?.... - the custard flavor mixes really well with pre's & suprisingly well with OJ (on recommendation from another thread) -

Sub a dub

Running these 3 together as well! :-)

Therapy was brutal! I'm going to hit a quick back day because I decided to take that condense and I know I won't be able to sleep if I go straight home. Update to come.

Now the party can start :D

No problem posting pics here...

So I need more back exercises! Today was short I didn't really intend on going in.

PT session then straight to gym. 1 scoop D-pol, 1 serving Crisp Apple Condense.

DB rows:
100x8 100x6 100x6

Lat Pulldown(close grip):
140x10 200x6 180x8

Cable Row:
140x12 200x8 240x6 (pr)

Hyper Extensions:
45x22

Short and sweet, just trying to blow off some steam before bed. What a great pump. Can't wait to see these nitrates on arm day!

Try some 1 arm BB rows. I love them now.

Yeah they really hit my lower lats hard. R3 if you try these use 25lb plates instead of 45's so it really stretches your lat. You'll be hooked on them.

I'm gonna give it a try. Also once I switch gyms I am going to try and start dead lifting..

Kinda.. Here's meadows doing them. This guy has a bunch of lifts from MD on his YouTube page.

That makes more sense... i was envisioning trying to stabilize a barbell while doing a normal db type row...

I want that handle that Tate is using in his vid.

That is pretty sweet, although I could see myself lifting too high and that handle sliding off, punching myself in the face or smashing the ceiling

Arm Day! Visited a gym up North wish it would have been with LTL but I was in a rush to get some errands ran. Update to come soon.

Smash it buddy

Arm Day:

1 scoop D-pol, 1 serving Condense Melonberry, these combinations are delicious!

Preacher Curl:
85x8 85x8 95x6

Seated Overhead DB Tricep:
100x12 100x10 100x8

Cable Curl:
170x6 140x6 120x12 100x14

Reverse Grip:
Dropped weight for shoulder
65x10

DB Hammer:
30x20

Dips:
BW x12

V-bar:
160x12 200x12 200x10

Tri Pull Down Ropes:
130x22

Overhead Rope Extension:
110x14 140x8

I think I've found what I can and cannot do, as far as pain. Light weight in reverse grip really didn't provide as much comfort as I had thought it would. These are probably being replaced for a while. Had a great pump today but didn't take the combo with a meal like I did yesterday. I got heartburn and an upset stomach, not really sure if its related but I will take it with a small meal from now on. Energy was great and I had a hell of a pump with great vascularity. I tried to get a picture but it just wasn't working out. By next week I think I will be able to start hitting the gym 100%. I have been holding back, kind of a mind funk going on with my shoulder and trying to structure my routine in a way which avoids further injury or unneeded pain.

Surprised the shoulder can withstand dips. They crush my shoulder joints.

:wave2:

Lazy people piss me off, just watched some lady pull into a space with carts in it. Just because you drive a saturn doesn't mean you can hit carts into other peoples cars!

Sure it does. If you drive a Saturn you can do whatever you want.
