Me either. I may take a pic of my calves tomorrow before and after they are plenty lean enough to show changes.

My calves are stubborn :-( big quads but lil calves. They are the sprinter calves that sit high. I can still run fast tho haha
 
I have sprinter calves to they just happen to be plump also. Probably the several years of soccer and riding my bike up hills and mountains as a kid.
 
I've seen pics of Kleen's calves...the word rediculous does apply!!

I have athletic calves and while they have good shape are very stubbourn.

I think it was from all the sprinting in baseball/football and the bouncing on them when i trained MMA.

You've got good proportion and solid size. Calves are tough for a lot of guys. I see guys kill them constantly and still have chicken legs. I rarely work mine and they're right there with everything else.
 
Yeah I don't work mine really they are just naturally like that. Since doing a show I will be training them for a while so I may see another .5-1 inch growth in them between now and October.

Ok so I totally forgot to measure my chest and I'm already on my way out.

Non Pump:
Arms- 19.6
 
Smashed chest today nicely! Red flushing in the arms. Pump is incredible! Hit hard! Endurance was def up. Extra reps on my 5 push. Recovery is what I noticed more today. 30 sec rest and I was ready to go again.

Pump:
Arm- 20.3

I have stretch marks on my inner arm where it meets my arm pit and they are getting worse.

You must be reading my mind I am onto Al about it now. I want to play with this at extreme dosing with ignite and Crea-trona. I will be trying ot ascertan the best pump I can for the greatest duration. I plan on using it as a weapon :)
 
Well going by yesterday I had a very solid pump 45 minutes post workout and if I had dropped and done 15-20 push ups I would have ballooned back up big time.
 
It's definitely in a class of its own!

4 down for my pull day! Got my new suit... Time to break it in!
