3rd week into pct and straight killed it!!! Oh how I miss Muscle Marinade ;-) weight dropped to 254 and lost some size around the waist. Been eating a bit cleaner. Strength isnt far off either!

Today I hope I can bench press a car... Last week my right side didn't wanna work which killed my chest workout
 
Took nothing but Max Pump and a multi today and put it to the test! Not just that but I got my new APT gear in! APT Strangulator wrist wraps and Damn!!! 100% AB Approved!!! Felt strong right off the get go! 455 bench for close to 3. Last rep had bout 20% helped but **** ill take it. I ended there,.was.satisfied. hit inclines, flat presses and flys... Then some tricep work. Didn't feel like leaving but keepin it short in pct. I'm starting to feel better as I feel I'm getting back to homeostasis nicely. Appetite and libido are going back up thank god. Today and yesterday were both great days for AB!

Seems like I have seen this workout some where before... If you have the ability to brew it might as well hell for the same price you can get enough for several cycles.
