FinaFlex PX Black "on track" (see what I did there!?)

Ok guys, Finaflex PX Black sponsored log!

Log officially started yesterday and I put PX Black through it's paces. I was super tired and draggin a$$. So when I noticed PX Black in the mail I popped two with a quickness.

A little about me....

I am trying to cut a bit more fat before an upcoming cycle. I am hoping that PX Black will help be break through a plateau in weight loss. As of this morning I am 197.5lbs and unsure of my BF%. I am playing with IF utilizing a 15hrs fasted 9hr eating window. I know 8/16 is the norm but this works better for my schedule. Diet is about 1700kcals until my BF% gets low enough then cals will increase from there. For my training I am doing a GVT variant (with my own twist). Four to Five workouts per body part and 5 sets of 10 each and some super/drop sets included. Splits are: chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs/abs, cardio (or off depending) then repeat. I normally do 10 to 20 mins cardio after workouts aswell. I am expecting that PX Black will really shine of a caloric deficit, we shall see!

Initial thoughts....

Good, clean and steady energy that came on about 15/20mins after the dose. I still felt tired but could tell I had that "oompf" without the jitters. Appetite suppression was not terrific but I had already eaten before taking PX Black. On that note appetite suppressants don't really work for me unless I take them on an empty stomach, and I didn't have a chance today. Took the 2nd dose about 6hrs later and hit the gym about an hour after that....despite being tired I still had a "tank" to pull from. Had some nice thermo properties as I didn't have any issues working up a sweat. At the end of the day I didn't have any issues falling asleep at 10pm, which is 6hrs after the 2nd dose.

Tomorrow will be a better view of the appetite suppression as I will get to take it on an empty stomach.
 
ok, I'll try to do PX Black some justice with this final review as I am not a very wordy person:

For the past month now I have had the opportunity to log one of the smoothest fat burning supplements I have ever taken. Absolutely no jitters to speak of and simply fantastic energy that is just right and not over bearing. Combined with a clean diet just above maintenance I was able to maintain my weight but visibly drop BF as seen in my pics. I only wish I could have run it two months. That being said I will be buying this in the future to run on my own. As one of the other loggers stated: to buy a supp after trying it is the highest praise that it can be given. This stuff is no joke. Starting weight was 197.5 and ending was 198 but the biggest difference was in my midsection where I flat leaned out. I can't say enough for this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose BF and or take something that promotes good clean energy, focus and overall well being.

When I said tomorrow, I meant today. That 1st post was for yesterday.

I am a stim junky, love my Jack3d and 1,3 dim. That being said, PX Black is very smooth. It is so subtle to me when it starts working. It's like "oh hey, I feel pretty good and awake now!" I took two caps on an empty stomach at 6am and by 630 I was ready for the gym. Cardio only though so I ran 2.5miles on the treadmill (i hate running outside). Like I said though I am a stim junky and like to feel that buzz when it starts to kick in. PX Black is very smooth sand steady though, not that I don't like it...just describing how it hits me. Sweat was good today and had a phys therapy appt after. During Phys Therapy I usually don't sweat much but this time I had beads on my brow and sweat running down my back. As of this typing I am 20mins from my 1st meal of the day and PX Black has helped get me to this point. I usually have a coffee within an hour after my workouts but today I feel good to go. We'll see how the day treats me.

Gonna need PX Black this weekend too. I have to switch to nights at work with Monday being my 1st overnight shift. Hopefully PX Black will help me to still get the gym.
 
I am sure it will you may want to dose an extra one if you are really dragging ass. Yeah the energy is really smooth but I noticed that it seems to get a little better as I go too. I had a slight rushing feeling on my way in to work today after my morning dose. Right now I am full of energy just not a jittery over amped feeling.

Yea I just may do that double dose. Tomorrow I start my shift to staying up late, going to try to make it to 1am. It all depends on when i wake up though, as it is I wake up 430 with out an alarm. I may try 2/1/1 protocol and see how that goes for the next few days.

My schedule basically flips 24hrs...(.work days now) wake @3am gym at 4 work at 6 / (off days now) wake at 5 or 6 gym at 7 or 8 and (when i switch) work days wake @3pm work at 6 gym at 6am / new off days wake @3pm gym at 11 or 12pm. First few weeks are rough!

In on this bro! I'm a stim junkie as well and I like the constant energy PXB gives, its not really hard hitting but you do notice when it comes on!
 
so my 2nd dose today was goofy. I had 7oz of cube steak in cream of mushroom sauce and a glass of milk with chocolate syrup. The carbs from the milk and chocolate made me a bit sleepy so I started to nap before PX Black kicked in. I must have slept for like 30mins while my daughter was napping also. 2 weird things though: I was able to stay asleep, and when I woke up it was like I hadn't even slept. I mean I wasn't groggy or anything. Like I said...just goofy.
 
Appetite Suppression was on point today. It is definitely getting better with each dose. Case in point, I totally blew my macros up yesterday when I binged on some natty peanut butter......5 servings (10tsp)....DOH. I love that stuff!! But because I did that I made that my last meal at 5pm instead of 7/730 like normal. I slept in today and took my first dose at 10am (my normal 1st meal time) and made it all the way to 130pm before eating. I wasn't even phased either...good energy and focus despite lacking food. I usually go 15hrs fasted but today I made it damn near 20hrs with out even flinching!

Eating 4 farm fresh eggs (omelet) two slices of black forest ham, velveeta queso blanco cheese slice topped with salsa... 43p/10c/27f 440cal

Took 2nd dose at about 6pm and went to help my wife paint. Totally forgot that I hadn't eaten since about noon so I ate some Jack Links Jerky to get me through. Didn't even feel hungry....it was more like, "when did I eat last? I better get something in my stomach." I usually eat about every four hrs with a small snack in between, but with PX Black I can already tell I am going to have to REMEMBER to eat because my stomach just won't tell me. Hit the gym at about 9pm and had good energy still and great thermo as the sweat was rolling. Last meal at 1030ish was two packs of Salmon mixed with some Cream Cheese (less fat and calories than mayo)
 
Natural PB is good for you but it's hard not to eat a lot of it sometimes so it's dangerous. Fasts can be used effectively but have to planned.
 
I tell you what guys, PX Black is helping to make this switch to nights very easy. I will post more details later.
 
PX Black helped me power through a workout at 130am last night! I was so tired but new that I wouldn't be working out after work the next two days as I adjust so I had to get that gym session in.


flip flop time schedules and PX Black is on point! Ate last a 3am before going to bed...woke up at 2pm took 2caps at 3pm and due to work as of typing this I still haven't eaten. Stomach is growling but the hunger is controllable. That is almost 19hrs fasted!!! Now mind you this was not intentional but like I said sometimes work doesn't allow me food breaks when I get busy. But not to fear I have a nice fat roast waiting at home for me!! More updates to come!
 
You can't have a little snack ? Another thing you can do is blend stuff and eat it like baby food so you don't have to do much chewing. I know people who did this back in the day when time was a issue.

I usually have tuna packets with me but I forgot to replenish my stash. It really just boils down to poor planning and bad timing.
 
ok, without counting I think I am five days in. So far weight has stayed the same...actually up a lb this morning. The wife says I look leaner and I would have to agree with her. I can see more veins under the skin surface, (they usually only pop while lifting), in my arms, shoulders, upper chest and quads. My obliques are poking through too!

Overall energy and mood is still good and a must have for my change over now. On the flip side though the appetite suppression is not up to snuff with the change over as I am getting hungry at weird times while trying to adjust my eating schedule.
 
Sry for lack of updates , wife and i are opening a salon with our "grand opening" monday so i have been busy as all get out. I will get some updates coming post haste.

Ok put in a 14hr day yesterday doing last minute repairs to our salon. Wife was mucho happy too! Scored huge brownie points!
So on my work days i have been trying 1/1/1 dosing every 5 to 6 hrs. I like it! Take 1st dose at 3pm, 2nd at 10ish and third at 4am. I work out after work at 6am so that last dose keeps me primed! Off days is still two upon waking and one 6 to 8hrs later.
I am 198lbs today after a chicken alfredo carb up yesterday. I have to say though I think i look about as lean now at 198 as i did at 192 several months back. I looked at pics of me at 200lbs less than a month ago and can see improvement in my sides and upper abs.

Lots of extra work this week and PX Black still helping me stay awake for it all. I mean I have been scraping bottom and still have energy to sneak in some (small) workouts! Weight is still steady at 198.

I have been sticking with the 1/1/1 dosing and love it still. That little extra boost in the middle of the night and that kick in the morning to get through my workouts.

1/1/1 hadn't even considered that, why not if you don't need 2 pills to get a boost and you want to spread it out. I find it long lasting so 2 and 1 are fine.
 
Yea, I like the 1/1/1 on days that I work...just helps me get through the night. Nothing really new to report, weight is up about 2lbs from some spaghetti but will be back to 197 tomorrow after I wake up. Took off day sunday and only did cardio (2miles) on saturday. Back at this morning after work, gonna hit up legs.

14oz cube steak and 24oz assorted broccoli/cauliflower w/ Philadelphia Cream cheese SantaFe blend mixed in. This makes dinner for the family and another snack for me later.
