Nice work 315x5 is sweet!

Just wish I was still on 1-alpha. A perpetual cycle of that stuff would be amazing, I liked it that much. A spotter would be nice as well, I swear I always have 1-2 more reps in me but I'm afraid of death by barbell!
 
Yeah but for longevity always keeping one or two in the tank when lifting alone is the way to go. That is why I like to add in Hammer Strength or machines every once in a while to really push until I can't complete a rep.

Lolz. Just had to see if I could still do it. Was supposed to test out my maxes last week while I was still on but totally got burnt out with classes and forgot. I'll take it easier though Snags. Sorry for disappointing you...

LMAO!!! Better intensity than a ton of volume. It is easier to recover from. Now intensity + volume is never good in PCT.
 
Do y'all get super hungry coming off cycle for the first few days or so? Cuz I have a monstrous appetite right now and can't really narrow it down to IGF1LR3 or whether its just a hormonal shift...
 
never done any peps myself, but yeah i get hungry in first few days of pct sure since i reduce cals slightly (along with training intensity etc)

Well my chest day was reduced from 16ish sets to 10 not including the first 3 warmup sets. This is my first real PCT so I'm going to have to find out thru trial and error what workouts help me keep gains but I'm going with the above setup for now. My current cals for the day are ~2800. I'm gonna eat one more meal- chicken and quinoa- bump to ~3200. I'm just gonna eat and see where the hunger goes from here. Meal prepping for tomorrow right now

I second this hunger effect. I was seemingly continuously hungry my first 2 weeks of PCT. I thought it was the residual compounds still in my system. After 5 weeks PCT I'm still watching my calorie intake.
 
I think a lot of things will work, as long as you're very aggressive in the gym.

some ppl eat evn bigger in PCT than they did while on cycle, in an effort to recover & keep gains

You have some decent size and not that far to go to get cut. Quinoa is all about what you put in it or on it. There are some decent recipes on the internet for it. I tried one with curry and chicken that was good. I also have used a little balsamic vinegar with it or salsa works.

Shoot I was reading one for pancakes last night, great ideas people create for pancakes. I had my with egg whites and green chili then chicken/broccoli/soy sauce. Pretty tasty.

Yeah I mix it up with veggies and flavoring often but sometimes I just don't have time so I just throw some shredded chicken in there and munch with no flavor.

Great energy today. Squats had me sweating like a mother though. Got in and out in less than 50 min. And that includes the warmup, workout, shot of IGF while trying to be sneaky in the crowded bathroom, and cool down. Now I'm hungry like no ones business, need to eat then shower and I'm off to class again. Trying to hit 2800-3000 cals today. So far I'm coming up short and may have to eat my last meal too close to bedtime. Day Four workout down and feeling GOOD. Probably keep that workout for my whole PCT, that good.

Ok so forget about a mild carb cycle. I've been playing with consumption of ~150 g of CHO both complex throughout the day and simple immediately post workout and have come to the conclusion this is not a supportive quantity for my pct while dosing igf-1 lr3. I have done my research concerning use of this peptide but I did not find any first hand experience regarding use alongside mild carb restrictive diets, plenty of inquisitive minds but no real answers. And while I was following the suggested protocol of complex carbs for a 4-6 hour window following pinning and ingestion of fast digesting carbs post workout, I cannot compete with the lethargy and to some extent hypoglycemia throughout the day that is accompanied with use of this peptide. So..... I'm going back to ~250+ a day until I finish the cycle of igf. Another interesting effect of igf is its capacity to activate fat oxidation and catalyzation as an energy source while a user maintains high levels of carb intake. Hmm. Food for thought. Some users claim a leaning effect while maintaining or increasing LBM and hopefully so will I.

Hunger is ridiculous right now and I'm still not sure if its the igf or just a hormonal shift from coming off the anabolics. On a good note, tomorrow is day 5 pct and my libido is definitely coming back although I'm not sure how good of a thing that is for me because my libido for my whole adult life has been WAY high. I mean like 15 yrs old with erections in awkward situations too many times per day.

i don't think restrictive anything goes in hand with peps, bro..conflicting use for intent of product
