6 lbs ground chicken
3 lbs ground turkey
Collard greens
Iceberg lettuc
Cheese
Spring mix lettuce.

What's not shown are

Nut butters
Egg beaters

Ground beef makes me nauseas. However steak doesn't

I eat low fat meats so I can enjoy my nut butters and chocolates and cheeses worry free
 
I have to make some more nut butters. I ran out of waldens chocolate syrup so haven't made any.

What kind of blends are you doing?

I have macadamia, hazel nut, Brazil nut, walnut, almonds and of course cocoa nibs

My go to blend was to just blend them all with a lil bit of peanut butter and then the sugar free chocolate syrup. It was amazing!

Not blending my own anymore. I like hazelnut pecan macadamia

Or hazelnut with Mac nut or hazel but with cacao nibs and stevia

Yea me and the girl I was with I spoke about earlier In the thread are going through some ****

She cleans I make Te mess. So there for I am no longer doing it

I buy raw almond butter. Sunflower seed butter and peanut butter

I dump the oil off now though so I can eat a half tablespoon extra

Adding versa 1 tomorrow and test powder today just for fun

Versa one I will do 2 caps on workout days. It'll last 2 weeks like that maybe 3

I just browned 7lbs of ground beef for the next couple days. Got about a dozen eggs boiling now too. Oh and a couple pounds of potatoes baking in the oven. Still need to boil some rice...

3oz white wine
3oz lemon seltzer
3 lbs ground chicken
Salt and pepper

Slow cook for 2 hours then add

3 peppers and 3 handfuls collared greens

Cook for 1.5 hours then add

Ginger
Lemon pepper
Garlic
Stevia (reb a. Not steviosides)
Cayenne

Mix thoroughly

Cook another 30 min

This is a total of 4 hours on high in crock pot
 
Added 12.5 mg e in. I like it.


Here is wht I am eating today. One meal.

Waiting in cauliflower. But here's the amounts. I can post macros if people are interested
