It is perfectly fine to take them both. I would recommend Rhodiola Rosea (1-3% Rosavins) for a track runner actually, that and COP to help them in both their Aerobic and Anaerobic threshold needs. In conjunction with Citrulline Malate I think you might have a really good combo there.
Citrulline malate will actually improve the solubility of your BCAAs

Take a look at Endurance. It has all the 2:1:1 BCAA plus Citrilline Malate + Beta Alanine +COP all in one.

Need more citrulline malate and beta alanine but you can always buy that in bulk and add to it. Overall looks like a decent product. How's the taste?
