How you liking the candy cane flavor PJ ?
I am debating whether to buy it or not. I bought a bunch of pumpkin spice flavor and got tired of it. I swear It started tasting like mashed peas. Maybe it's psychological since the protein base is peas and rice.

What !!! No EBF ? I need to stock up on more Recompadrol !!!

Chris - Been lurking for 3 months due to my elbow issues. I accumulated fluid in my right elbow and had to get it drained. Tried all kinds if joint supps including cissus, but to no avail. May have to play infield this year in softball. I think throws from the outfield also contributed to the problem.

Just starting to get back into lifting and getting my diet back on track.

One more serious EBF log coming late January once I get into the swing of things. Couldn't just pop supplements if I could not train seriously.

About time yall came back lol. I was thinking everyone left hulk and didn't tell me haha. I had rough Dec myself yall. Lost my grandpa on Christmas day, then my Dad was put in hospital New years day but is doing much better and back to work. Then i got the flu the same week. So three weeks I made it to gym twice. I am feeling the pain now. My right side of shoulder on the top part of my arm is been bothersome. Hope everyone had a great holiday though miss yall.
