MY 6 wk 1-ALPHA LOG

I agree.
I'm playing with high reps. 20 usually (sometimes I go extreme and hit more) usually 4-6 exercises per muscle.
Going to do brisk walking for 30-45 as cardio and see where I go.
I train to stay healthy/fit not to really lift cars, hope to be training when I get older.
(I say this now)
 
A lot of things work, just not for very long. Ranges from 5 to 20 are all good you just have to mix things up and use progression, most important aspect for me now that load is down.

Woke up this morning and my body was screaming at me. Like growing pains when you're 12 yrs old. It was this dull prolonged pain that I'm chalking up to 5 days of 6 a day. I was stuck around 195 with 4 a day. Now at 6 a day I'm up to 200. Hoping to hit 205-210 when I'm done. This cycle has been amazing. Gonna try weight gainer for the rest of the cycle

Looking beastly brother the comparison is extremely noticeable. Not sure if you are leaner now or just more vascular to feed all the new muscle but looking great!

Taurine is officially going to be part of all my cycles from here on out! This is the first workout I have ever used taurine with. Lower back cramps were almost entirely gone

Got till Friday on 6ed then back to 4 to finish up. Been running pct rev black since the beginning of cycle and pretty sure it's held back some of the sides the other guys logging this stuff have had although I think it may be slightly drying out my joints this whole time. Still can't believe I've put on roughly 20lbs since I started. I was definitely skeptical at first and would have been happy with 10-15 but this stuff is fantastic. Oh and I still owe Finaflex some Facebook photos, don't think I forgot just been busy with finals at school!

Yah 315 X 4 even when I was at my peak I could just barely get 5. Now I don't even bench press anymore, no point with my shoulder. All db's for me now.

Yeah not bad considering my max 6 wks ago was probably 1 rep at ~280

Thanks bros. Fact is my chest is probably the most developed of my muscle groups because that's pretty much what I focused on from 16-21 years old. When you're young and don't know better you lift what you want to lift not thinking about the whole picture

Been so busy with finals I didn't get any work in over the weekend. Finished a chem final and a 12 page environmental Econ paper then went to the gym before it closed tonight. Love liftin! I'm gonna finish my 2 wks left on cycle with 5 on 2 off. STILL HITTING NEW PRs! Been fighting a kidney infection since last Wednesday as well. On antibiotics now. Think it was from not pissing after sex...

Ok was confused, 6 at 315 and 10 at 295 is crazy strong though.

I have to tell you though it was scary when it first started happening 5 years ago. Just started forgetting things that I normally would have remembered. The world became scary so I got bigger and meaner so I could kick it's azzz :)

No doubt that is totally beast mode.

By the way I am feeling kind of left out for wearing clothes in my AVI and being a part of the FINAFLEX team. Did I miss the memo?
