exactly my thoughts about Lean EFX Refined, nice clean energy, not over the top.

Well, it looks like we're all here, even Brucega! It's officially a party now!

2pm Can of tuna
Apple
One scoop of whey protein
8oz of water

4pm One scoop whey protein
8oz of water

Still feeling pretty good so decided to go get some cardio in.

2 5 minute rounds on heavy bag
5 1 minute rounds of switches
10 minutes jump rope
5 minutes on speed bag

Great workout really got a good sweat going. Legs are a little sore right now and arms weigh a ton haha good first day so far though.

What is the diet you are doing now based on. Are you looking for a daily calorie amount or certain macros? Usually when I cut I lower carbs slowly and cut fats down too, but still take in efa. I also stagger my cals and my carbs around my workouts. An example would be leg day 300 carbs and on an arm day 200 carbs. Also, I add cardio to 35 min during a cut cycle. Start out with 4 times a week the go to 6 times a week and then pre comp usually 9 times a week, so there will be two a days.
Being this is not pr comp I would say 4 time a week cardio at 35 min would help. I do mine post workout or on days off work I do it am and weight training pm.

Basically just trying to keep it under 2000 cals a day. Im not really too smart on the whole cutting diet. That sounds like a pretty legit routine. Take in more carbs on days working bigger muscle groups. Should I do the same with protein? Cardio two a days huh? I did do that the first couple months I got back into lifting and your right that worked wonders. How many grams of efas should I take? Do you think nuts are a good choice or stay away from them when cutting? Salmon gets pretty expensive so trying to find alternative ways to get the proper amount of good fats.

Day 1 pic

Already looking lean you're going to be cut as f**k when you're done!

My rules when cuttin are:
I have to stay where my caloric goal is, first.
Then low sugar.
Then no mixing fats and carbs.

My diet is structure with early carbs, and then veggies once I ve at my alotted amount.

Example:
150 carbs
300g protein
30 fats

Protein
Meal1 through 6: 50g protein per meal

Carbs
Meal1-3: 50 g carbs per meal
Meal 4-6: Veggie only as carbs

Fats:
Salmon with veggies
Pre workout PB or almond butter in a pre workout shake
Cashew or Almonds= 1 ounce or 28 peices
1/4 Avacado in a salad
Olive oil and vinegar for salad dressing or with stir fry (yes I do this)

So I do something like that. I change it up often. I keep my protein high on cuts and always the same. Carbs I change up so my calorie change quite a bit. I may be 2000 one day and 2200 the next. I up carbs on leg and back day.

Thanks my man!! Looks like a great blueprint for success.

Sugar is the hardest part for me. I have one heck of a sweet tooth

Me too!

But when it come to pre comp, I have to keep focused. It hard with a wife who has chocolate chip cookies all the time.

Lol I can imagine! Luckily (in this case) my wife's not much of a cook! That's really the biggest thing that Lean EFX Refined and Natural EFX have done for me so far is keep my cravings well under control. I'm a carb freak so doing keto 5 days and 2 days reload with nothing but rice and sweet potatoes is pretty brutal lol

I'm in the same boat on sweets!! My wife is a chef as well so I've constantly got temptation lol

Took 1 cap with breakfast which was whey protein shake with 8oz fat free milk. Steel cut Oatmeal, banana, fat free greek yogurt and 16 oz of water. I'm really enjoying the nice pick up I get from the Lean EFX and my mental focus seems to be good as well. Getting ready to go grocery shopping (stressful) so will see how the mood holds up haha

Good lifts tonight back and biceps

Face pulls x 6
Bent over rows 3x10
Iso lateral rows 3x10
Lat pulls 3x12

Guillotine curls 3x12
Lying db curls 3x10
Reverse grip cable curls 4x10

Supper
6oz tilapia
1 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli
Fat free yogurt
Whey protein shake
8oz milk
16oz water

Day 3
Weight 177

Tolerance seems to be fine so took 1 cap with breakfast and going to take one with lunch.

Breakfast was
1/2 cup steel oats
6oz fat free yogurt
Banana
Whey protein shake
8oz fat free milk
16oz water

Feeling good but sore today. Incorporated a couple new things into my back/bi routine. Gotta love the pain!! Again no jitters just clean smooth energy. My overall mood is very good as well.

Nice thanks for the update. I think the GABA in there is a nice touch for mood. I usually get edgy when I cut but not on this stuff

Ya it seems to really be helping. Still hungry all the time so I've been upping my water intake hoping that will curb my appetite.

Salad and pickles my man

That's a really good idea. I've been snacking on fresh broccoli as well but a bag of salad mix is easy and fairly cheap. I don't like dressing so it'd be a perfect snack.

I just put a little mustard and balsamic vinegar on it and mix it up really good. Done deal

broccoli is my goto snack. I eat it all the time while cutting. Steamed with Mrs Dash and red wine venigar

I've been seeing a lot of people eating black beans as well is that the best choice as far as beans go?

Took another cap with lunch
4oz chicken breast
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 cup brown rice
Whey protein with 8oz fat free milk
16oz water

I ve heard out of beans, black are the best.

I love black beans with rice. Probably one of my favorite meals is chicken black beans and rice.

Cardio day today
25 mins on the treadmill
3 5 min rounds on heavy bag
3 1 min round switches
12 mins jump rope

Weight after 175.5

Made the mistake this morning of taking 1 cap and only eating a banana. Bad call got pretty shaky so had to stop on my way to work and grab a protein bar. Feeling better now and know better for next time. It says take with a meal for a reason.

Lol. Yeah I get the shakes when I use a diet sup without food.

I take my first doses of Lean and Natural at the same time on an empty stomach post workout every day. No problems here!

Bag work is great cardio, 5 min is much harder then most think. Another guy and I do 3 min a piece back and forth. We go for 5 rounds or so about 30 min. Even with the 3 min break the last round is a beast. I work up a nice sweat.

Ya it's a great workout!! First few times we did it I thought I was going to die lol

I wonder if it's because I did it first thing in the morning? Maybe it shocked my system? I don't know but from now on I have to make sure and give myself enough time to actually eat. Got up late today so didn't have much time
