thx, doc, 4 rx. :wavey:Sorry to hear about the groin. I don't have to tell you but I will, put some ice on it for a day or two then after that alternate heat and ice on it a few times a day.
butt of course (sea wut eye did they're?)I do both parralel and ATG squats depends on if power or quad activation is my goal.
i do both as well, i've just always held a fondness for atg form..suits my mentality well.
