Mack turns alpha on M14ADD and Tren!

I am surprised at how lean I am staying,I'm up at least 7 pounds maybe more.and I'm staying pretty lean.real happy with the way this is going so far!

just got on the scale.183 booyah.so thats 8 pounds since i started and as you all saw from the pic i put today im staying somewhat lean!this has been a good cycle so far,seems we or i at least always want more,but thats part of it.im already happy with my progress on this cycle and cant wait to see where im at after next few weeks.now time for a bad azz meal-alice springs chicken with a ton of sides

thanks bro,im suprised with how lean ive stayed and added the pounds,my body is taking a nice shape that i like.the videos are awesome ive always enjoyed making videos as it shows me what i need to work on myself.but its fun to share with others also.

Had a good workout today,super pumped.Felt alpha for sure.All sides are in check.

Military bb Press:
135x12
155x10
175x7
165x5 this is hard to do for me,as I said I'm just working with a regular bench,so I have to break it and start at shoulder level,which can be hard on my wrist when weight gets higher.if I had the right equipment I feel I could go harder and heavier.

Db shrugs:
120x15 for 4 sets

Db military press:
60x10
70x9
70x7
60x8

Side db lat raises:
35x8 for 4 sets. Really starting to see my lats jump out,and can feel them real good when working lately.

Seatbelts:
70x12 for 4 sets

Bb shrugs:
225x15
255x15
275x12
315x10

Traps were pumped to the extreme today,so were delts.

Try some 5-HTP, Mucuna or Inhibit-P if that helps for your nipps.. It might be prolactin related..

Holy sh** I killed it today.Legs is not a day I usually get to pumped about,but todayi was on fire.So alpha feeling,I felt and looked like I was on.Really in the zone today!

Box squats:
255x15
275x15
325x12
355x8
275x10 I really wish I would have upped the weight some more,but I wanna be realistic and not try to get ahead of myself!

Calf raises on block:
225 on shoulder 4 sets of 25. Crazy pumps in calves.

Bent do rows:
80x10 for 3 sets and one set of 80x12

Leg extensions:
250x12 for 4 sets.

One arm db rows on bench:
80x9 for 4 sets.

Skipped lunges today,legs are tore up.

My legs have exploded in growth on this cycle,I have already had to go buy new jeans,and I am having veins show up in legs I've never had before!
 
Wow this thread is full of awesome. Do you like training in the 12-15 rep range. Seems like thats what you do most of the time as opposed to the 6-9 range.

Thanks man,I do tend to usually work in the bit higher rep range,the volume helps me keep lean even on bulk.but I have been dropping reps and bumping weight lately and a loving working with the heavier weight!and I'm seeing some growth from it and quick!

Hell yah, I see your stack is amazing. You'll see growth regardless :D. You ever try something like a 15/12/8/8 pyramid for each exercise ?

Nope,can't say I have,I've done similar pyramids!i honestly just go for what feels right,body is definitely making some amazing changes right now.ends results are going to be phenomenal!
