I hit today around 11am after some Oatmeal, banana, Carnivor, & a slice of cheese.

On my 3rd tub.
First couple days it seems to give the runs, but after about 5-7 days you should be good to go.
I pay about $50 for 5lbs shipped, always got the chocolate flavor. Not tired of it yet (knock on wood) & I drink 0-3 shakes a day haha. Macros are great I think.

124 cals
0 fat/lactose/sugar/cholesterol
23g protein
8g of carbs.
2.5g of creatine (3 shakes put me @ max 7.5g)
& it's loaded with BCAAs.


It's my thing now probably stay on this, dairy proteins aren't for me. I can eat cheese but the shakes are not for me.
I'm a Carnivor man!

Nice man! I've been using protean and I really like it been making pancakes and cupcakes with it lol.

Ever since it came out I've always been interested in carnivor... Is the powder fluffy or dense?

Also, I've been making homemade protein fortified loaves of bread for sandwiches with some peptopro a guy at work had lol

I'm picky about taste and I enjoy Carnivor.
It's a dense powder.
