We just got a new GRF packing list on Friday and I had to spend tons of money getting crap they didn't issue me. Right now its either the black Friday sale or food until the first and I'm going with food.

Every year when nutra's black Friday sale drops I feel like a kid at Christmas :) except that bastard Santa middleman no longer chooses what I get.

Ive never used AnaBeta but if it's at a good price I may just have to give it a run.

I'm all about staples so my list has gotta be:
1. BCAA 1kg
2. Protein
3. Creatine
4. Beta-alanine

Anabeta is DEFINITELY worth a try, dude. I have never responded well to any herbal muscle builder (tried several that are very highly rated, too), but I feel like freakin superman on Anabeta. Check out my last log of it (before/after pics are on the last page along with a final write up that is very detailed if you want some more info)

...OK never mind, I have less than 150 posts, so I can't post links...even to other threads on AM...just search "Tyler's second Anabeta log (sponsored), or PM me for a link.
