Haha I'm not big into sweets but every once in awhile ill gorge lol then get sick to my stomach haha then won't eat any for awhile

No doubt we use a bag of lipton onion soup mix per 2.5lb of ground turkey cooked in a cooking bag. Comes out money every time!!!

I use Dale's Marinade Low Sodium Blend just put it in the ground turkey & mix up make patties, put a little garlic and pepper on them then pop on the forman grill comes out great. Plenty moist. Invalid Link Removed

When I was bulking I was eating close to that lol. I was going through anywhere from 36-44 oz. a day for 8 weeks.

F that I struggle to eat 1lb of chicken. 1 8 ounce breast is hard enough. Some filet mignon or a nice phouse... now were talking.

Update:
Yesterday was an awesome day of rest and candy Lmao
Back to the grind today tho... Pull day at the gym and work shortly after... Glute is a lil sore still but nothin like my right quad when I pinned it.
So far I have gotten a few blemishes, raging boners and a lil bit of aggression. Sexual performance is definitely was up as well. Hunger is improving by the day... I actually have to get up in the middle of sleeping and eat a Greek yogurt from the hunger pains. Today I woke up stiff as a bored, headache and very groggy... Ima try to sleep it off. Not to mention SD is finally kickin.... I know this because I get extremely thirst... 2 gals on SD is too easy by 8 hours on Sd. Will report more later

Suppdate on Joint Help

Took a week to kick in but is working wonders!!! Warming up takes me 5 mins now to get well lubricated. Joint discomfort is still there at times but not as noticed. 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM or 4 for immediate pain relief... Works well...

Sounds like what I'm experiencing minus the headaches! I've have a great side free run so far. Haven't even hit taurine what so ever. No back pumps and very minimal headaches. Lovin it bro!
