You'd be surprised bro.. You watch any videos on pinning glute? It's in a way more accessible area then I imagined. I thought it would be difficult but I had an easier time then with quad.

You will like it AB, I felt a little more pain on the pin as I could feel when it got past the fat and enter the muscle but I feel very little pain now as well as nearly none afterwards.

Ya pain hasn't been there for me... It's just the fact of watching the needle in my leg haha I think delts will be after glutes then maybe tris

Day 5

Weight 168.2 (+6)

Back/biceps. Great workout but went a bit heavy right off the bat with bent over row and it forced me to take some of my lifts lighter then I could have gone. It seemed to work to my advantage though as it created a pump that was unreal and veins appeared very thick and prominent all over my body. Weight is still up 6 lbs which doesn't surprise me due to consuming about a gallon and a half of water a day as well as 300+ carbs for nearly a week.

Bent over barbell row

Hammer row (weight per arm)
1x10 70
1x8 80
1x8 90
1x7 95

Preacher curl
1x10 75

That is pretty light for my preachers, when I start with bis I hit either 100 or 105 for 5. I thought it was good after hitting a few intense back sets though. In any case stay tuned the weight will get insane soon on the lifts. That's a promise! ;-)

If you followed any of my logs that is double the usual. Some days were well over 400 I just haven't hit below 300 in that amount of time. This was coming off of 14 days where I may have had two days over 150. ;-)
