So what you're saying is basically...everything. Lol Scary to think you can push the weights that you do and he sees so many things to improve. I'm sure it will feel strange at first but once it becomes ingrained you should take off.

@Aaron Sup pimpin Lmao yea powerliftin is raw haha I didn't focus on weight this time just on form and breathing and what not. I worked with 350 which was really light so... I also downed 2 scoops of ConDense... Which kept me going haha
