This pic is at rest. Abs arent visible but I am have the lower oblique lines and the outter abdominal region is outlined.

Thanx guys. I'm on the fence about going all out these final 3 weeks and cutting hardcore. I've just been so paranoid about losing my size. I have always been more into slow controlled gains/ fat loss. That way the fat you burn will stay off when I decide to not diet so hard. I really wannt to lean out more though. Today I saw a line threw my abs and I liked it a lot....

All out cut or just keep going slow....hmmmmm?

Today is back/bi day. I'm so extremely sore from shoulders then chest so I will be going more for volume today.

Cut it up brother! That's what the test is there for to help you maintain your size if you wanna cut. Get shredded!

I'm exhausted. Helped my dad out carrying heavy furniture in hot and humid south florida. 95 degrees out today and humidity threw the roof. Ill post my work out tomorrow. Passing out for the night.

Alright so yesterday was a long day...I went in to work back and bi but after a full day of hot sun and lifting furniture I had a hard time getting myself to go to the gym. I ended up just doing biceps. It was probably best because my shoulders were shot from chest and shoulders the previous days not to mention my elbows have been flaring up.

Biceps:

Hammer stength preacher curl:
45lbx12
70lbx10
90lbx4
100lbx3
70lbx845x10

Hammer strength bicep isolation
30lb, 2x10

Running the rack until failure:
65lb and ran it each weight incrimend until 5lbs

It won't rapidly increase the rate of fat loss, rather it wil concentrate it to the area of application. This benefit seems to come on rather quickly, BUT...I have seen water retention in the area of application, which can mask results. Discontinuation of 3-4 days will show you where you really are.

Hmmmmm maybe ill throw it in PCT. I truly dislike any stimulants so any other fat loss aid definitely interests me.

I think its truly my favorite steroid. I am always palnning ahead...instead of going injectable next cycle I might do a short SD/stano run...hmmmmm

You know what, I really do love AH...I ran is with helladrol for my first cycle ever and was impressed. I put my friend on the same cycle and he put on 10 quality lbs and dropped 2% BF

I was actually thinking about that the other day trying to figure out when my next cycle would start and it never dawned on me before that including PCT this cycle will be 5 months! Crazy when u think about it.

Would love to hear some more discussion on this because I found pretty much the same thing. I was up 23lbs at 7 weeks into my 12-week cycle, and then for the last 5 weeks my weight refused to budge. Strength continued to go up, but not by the leaps and bounds it had had the first 7 weeks.

The nice thing about 12 weeks, though, is that despite not making incredible gains the last few weeks, you DO get to feel like a complete badass for a longer period of time :)

I'm in that boat. I'm not really adding weight but I am losing fat. 12 weeks will be the longest I ever run again and that will be for recomp only. I will be venturing off into the world of test p and Tren with 88. Although bringing in winny at week 12 and running it for the rest of the 16 weeks is great. Not adding mass but definitely hardening and losing fat and the Test is preventing muscle loss in the calorie deficit.
 
I might be in the minority here but I like the long cycles. I think my next is going to another 14 Weeker of test w/ an oral kicker and SD or winny tail end....

No I'm loving the long cycle. My next will be a 20weeker.

The on feeling is great but my strength and weight have leveled off. Like DD said I am definitely still losing fat and shaping up nicely. Not to mention its a lot to keep up with cycling so long. All the pinning, supp schedule and up keep.
With 8 weeks it's perfect for gains . 2 months is solid for se great gains. I really want to run a low dose tren cycle. I do well with harsh compounds and I feel that I will do well with some tren ace
