Damn bro! I've it a back supply I slinshot! Can't run out. Btw I love bacon and pineapple on my pizza too!

Before I was serious about the gym I used to get the baconator or bacon double deluxe almost daily from wendy's.

update from yesterday. still no ConDense. Maybe i'll get to use it tuesday pwo.


Legs

Squat to a box 3" below parallel.
135x10 for 2. Tweaked my groin somewhere in there.. no biggy. 225x5 250x5 275x5 305x3. It was humbling weight compared to parallel squats but cant complain. Concentrated on a slow negative and explosion from the hole. Almost a jump squat.

Leg press (low board)
Went 4 sets up to 5 plates each side. Its a 120lb sled you do the math. 10 slow neg explosive push reps.

Leg press (high board)

Real hammy killer. 2plates each side. Same rep style. 10 reps 3 sets

Stiff leg deads

135x8 for 4 sets.

Leg extensions.

Who cares what weight. 3 sets heavy as fûck 25 reps.

Standing leg curls
Not sure on weight again 2 sets 15 reps each leg

Standing calf raises. Dc training rep count.
135x8 185x8 205x8

Seated calves. Dc rep count also
2 plates 2 sets 10 reps

Cardio for 20ish.


on further examination, im pretty positive i pulled my groin, so my leg days and deadlift days are going to be fairly light, which is alright, it'll give the muscles a chance to recover elsewhere.

today (sunday) is an off day. just gotta try to get my self tired out to get to sleep at a reasonable time to make it to work tonight.

still no condense. mail hasnt came yet today i dont think. quick and easy chest and tri work out today.

today was chest and tri's

flat bench- bar threw me off, it was one of the 65lb bars that are slightly wider and obviously heavier. the knurling rings were farther out so hand position confused me for the first few warm up sets

305x5, 325x5, 335x3 (had more in me but no spotter)

incline smith- 2 second negative, 2 second pause at the bottom explode through the top- if you havent done pauses with slow negatives your missing out on hell its self

135x12
225x6, 225x6, 225x5

15 degree dumbell flies

50x10 for 3 sets.

parallel dips- bw x 10, +45x10, +70x8, +90x4 drop set bw x8

vbar push downs

80x10 80x10 80x10

No cardio.
 
You're doing so good without ConDense that I just don't know what's going to happen when you finally get it. Better call the gym and ask them to order some heavier weights!

One word of advice for when the ConDense does arrive: Save some for your actual workouts.

Well. good news gentlemen. and soon to be lady ab42. (clomids gonna make you a woman) the condense is here. I'll give my initial feedback tomorrow and i will be starting a new training split tomorrow along with slightly modified diet plan. get ready for some craziness!

sweet bro. thats good stuff. i'm not really familiar with any of their line up. i'll have to check them out. i'll probably just go with the tried and true for my pct but im always open to other ideas.
 
Alright. I got 3 hours sleep last night. Im fried. Night shift is beating me up. I got my condense yesterday. I woke up late and knew i didnt have time for coffee. One scoop in the shaker. 1. Delicious. Like the flavor better than marinade by far. 2. Mixes very well. No grains grits clumps... 3. Holy f*ing pump. I drank the stuff and i feel like i lifted for 2 hours. I did one sit up today to get out of bed. 4. Im exhausted BUT i know i would be worse off with out. The caffeine has breathed some life and energy into me.

My initial response. This stuff is GREAT.
