Ok. Today i took one scoop PWO. Gotta take it easy with stims because they do tend to make me a bit sick on occasion. Especially considering i layed off for a few weeks while i waited for the ConDense to show up. Today was a solid day in the gym. No insane numbers, but my trainer had me change some stuff up a bit so, I'm not so much weaker in some of the movements, just not used to the ROM.

Today was Back and Shoulders. I walked into the gym. Slipknot blaring in the headphones. Awake. Not jittery. Excited.

Wide grip pull downs
105x12 150x10, 180x8 (had to cheat the last rep so i dropped down a peg) 165x8 165x8

Reverse grip hammer strength pull downs
90x10, 140x10, 140x10, 140x10

Close grip cable rows
105x8, 150x8, 150x8, 150x8

Wide grip bent over row (just about chest parallel to the floor, not Dorian style)
135x10, 155x8, 155x8 155x8

Seated db press

40x12, 75x10, 75x10, 75x10

lateral raises
20x8, 25x8, 25x8, 25x8

rear delt cable flies
20x10, 20x10 20x8 20x5- lol

db shrugs
75x12 for 4 easy sets

hyper extensions - body weight, 30 sec rests till failure is what the trainer wanted, BUT i got some nasty back pumps..

15, 15, 11, 7

sit ups 4 sets till failure 30 sec rests

28 minutes cardio on the elliptical- about a 150bpm pulse rate the whole time

Initial thoughts of condense at the gym- wow. best creatine free pre work out i've ever used. The pump is as intense as advertised. I failed hard on my rear delt flys on the last two sets because my shoulders were pumped so hard. It was a nice smooth energy. almost like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. Nothing crazy, not like smoking rock before i hit it. its an enjoyable amount of energy. I'm pretty sure i'll be able to handle 2 scoops just fine. I'll let ya'll know how 2 scoops went around this time tomorrow after my leg day.

It makes you throw up like a bitch on leg day. BUT ive never had vascularity in my tear drops. Until today...or the rest of my quads for that matter

I'm not gonna lie. i could barely hit parallel with 225 last fall. Now im dropping 225 down to almost 4" below parallel. at parallel is the big numbers when i dont have to rely on my hips as much. hopefully i see it soon. i'd like to get my flat bench into the 400 range for reps. got a bit of work ahead of me.

LEG DAY! 2 scoops of condense. as i mentioned i got sick. the pumps were intense though. could see veins in my tear drops while i was leg pressing, which i've never seen pop like that before. definitely cool sh1t

Warmed up with HEAVY leg extensions in the 8-12 rep range. think i hit 10 across the board with one plate off of the full stack on the machine for 4 sets.

Squats, 4 sets of 8, to a box 3+" below parallel. really killed my glutes today for some reason. i think its because i STILL have a knot in my right ass cheek.

leg presses with a narrow stance- 2 sets of 8 @ 500

Leg presses wide stance- 2 sets of 8@ 410

leg curls- seated variety, 4 sets of 8-12. i hit 10 reps first 2 sets and struggled for 8 on the last two.

Dumbbell SLDL

warmed up with 35's, working sets with 55's. 3 sets till fail (around 15 reps). serious lower back pumps. talked to the trainer, i felt they hit my lower back more than my hammies. i'll be going with a barbell in the future.

standing calves- 5 sets, started at 15 reps. ended up at about 9. short rests. long holds. SERIOUS calf pump. i walked out of the gym at 11 today, my calves are still full.

it was a pretty rough leg day. definitely threw up. all of it was real low rest high intensity. just enough to catch my breath in between sets.

Its brutal bro.. ive been done lifting for a shade over 2 hours. My arms are just getting to the point where they normally feel after an arm day. The pump is absolutely intense.

I only did 1.5 scoops. 2 might be a bit much lol. My arms seriously hurt from the pump, which i wont whine about since my arms suck..

dropping a quick update. I was lazy today. I switched from night to day shift, im dog azz tired. i'll hit it hard tomorrow. chesticles and shoulders. think it might be an all dumbbell type day tomorrow. my gym got more in, from 125-150. im interested to see if i can push the 150's.
My gym has 150's too. I once lifted one back into the rack after hitting my shin on it. True story.

So, I'm walking around in the gym today from a bench to a shoulder press and i catch someone friggin' huge out of the corner of my eye. I turn and look and its just my reflection in the mirror.

Been having some bp issues from another one of my other supplements, so i kept it conservative with a half a scoop today. quite honestly. it did the trick just fine. I'm looking pumped and full and very happy with this so far. purus labs has quickly won their way into my heart. they have the two absolute best pre work outs on the legal supplement market. I've heard test suspension is a pretty good pwo also.. LOL

Shoulders and chest today. nothing crazy.

flad db press- 50x18 warm up, 80x12 warm up 120x10, 130x6, 130x4. ive never been able to go that high on a dumbell and as sad as it sounds i had trouble gripping them and getting them into position to work with. once i was there and balanced i was ok.

Incline barbell
135x15, 225x10 for 4 sets

flat db flies
65x8 for 2 sets, 65x7, 65x6

Seated shoulder press
135x10, 185x8, 185x8, 185x7

lateral db raises
20x12, 30x8, 30x8, 30x8

rear delt cables
4 sets 20x10

shrugs- 30 second rests
135x15, 135x15, 135x15, 135x12

did 4 sets of abs till failure with 30 second rests in between, and i only did about 15 minutes of cardio today. for whatever reason i decided to wear warm up pants at the gym.. i was a sweaty disgusting mess the whole work out.

honestly its weird. i was gassed out HARD during flats. breathing heavy, struggling to catch my breath, soaking wet with sweat, heart racing.. i KNOW i could have pushed heavier and higher reps on flats, im upset with that number but i wont cry about the inclines. thanks man.

back day- 1 scoop this morning to get moving, one scoop PWO. god this stuff is delicious. i've been going a little water heavy with it, watering it down and i like the lighter taste even better. my back is on FIRE from the pump right now.

I'm going to add in that I'm not the only one noticing the increased vascualrity. one of my coworkers got a good look at my forearm this morning after i had taken down the condense, and he was like holy sh*t bro. youre getting veins friggin everywhere.

its only gonna get better. im getting used to the lower carbs my trainer/nutritionist has me on and the caloric intake he's allowed me, and im back on day shift so im getting SLEEP again.

Man that CG bench blows my mind bro! I don't know how I pull 110 on preacher and can only do working sets of 155 on CG when my triceps are one of my strengths! Nice work. I did manage to get 10 on +65 dips yesterday though which was a nice accomplishment!
I've been bulking so I've been skipping a lot of cardio but I need to start throwing in that 20 minute cap on my gym routines too.

How long you got left of being on? Sorry I haven't been able to follow closely to logs like I usually do. As the day to popping my inject virginity gets closer I'm getting more and more psyched bro!
