dropping a quick update. I was lazy today. I switched from night to day shift, im dog azz tired. i'll hit it hard tomorrow. chesticles and shoulders. think it might be an all dumbbell type day tomorrow. my gym got more in, from 125-150. im interested to see if i can push the 150's.

Man that CG bench blows my mind bro! I don't know how I pull 110 on preacher and can only do working sets of 155 on CG when my triceps are one of my strengths! Nice work. I did manage to get 10 on +65 dips yesterday though which was a nice accomplishment!ANOTHER fantastic ConDense fueled work out. this stuff is amazing. The more i use it the more intense the pumps get, and the better my focus gets.
Hit one scoop condense, 5g aakg and rolled into the gym. Fear Factory blaring in my earbuds. Intensity was high.
