I weighed a whopping 120 pounds before I started lifting and I look like I lift with my obviously horrible genetics. Worst calves in the land! All the guys in my family are literally sticks and bones. Excuses OP, excuses!

Same bro. I used to have 12" arms. Now rockin 16's ;) I graduated at 123 lbs soaking wet. Now I look jacked and ppl tell me how big I am :D I was 185 last winter. All natural. Pure hard effin work. Drop sets on drop sets. Goin till failure feelin like my muscles are going to tear. I've shoveled up to 24oz of chicken in my face per day. Ate even when I wasn't all that hungry. Bad genetics is the excuse of weak feeble minded ppl. OP I doubt you have the dedication. Dedicated ppl don't sit down and eat boxes of cookies at one time and then start eating ice cream. Rant over over before I hurt some feelings.

16 inch arms? so you dont lift yet? need 17s+ to look good. i have 15.5s right now and my arms dont look any special

abcman, I saw your before pic and you have some meat on you. You DO NOT have bad genetics and in fact you probably have better than average genes. You were taking steroids and eating massive amounts of SUGAR. Your diet probably sucked even more ass before you decided to take roids. You then end up in the hospital because you were severally dehydrated.

The only defective genes you have are located in your brain. Next time you take 4 different steroids, try drinking water and eating right. Just because you devour 10k calories doesnt mean **** when putting on muscle. The foods you are eating are just going to raise your cholesterol and cortisol levels through the roof and you are going to be stuck at 185 for the rest of your life.

My advice to you, go to barnes and noble and pick up a copy of weight lifting for dummies

also guys my diet isnt terrible terrible. i mean it is dirty but i am cleaning it up a little, im only doing this for 4 more weeks then im cleaning it up a ton during pct and then cutting right after strictly. here is my diet today so far (2 pm): 1 bowl of cereal, 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 2 scoops protein, 1 apple. I will probly have 4 ground turkey/cheese/tomato/lettuce burritos post workout, then some dinner and maybe half tray of cookies after dinner with some milk, this is a clean day for me right now just because of how bad the last 2 weeks have been.

abc, alot of these are just going to talk **** and not give you advice that is very beneficial to you. You need to find a good clean bulking meal plan created by a pro body builder and LIVE by it. I was, and still am, somewhat in your place as far as figuring my own optimal routine to build muscle. I see you are changing how you eat but if you simply substituted the 900 calories and 65g of fat from the cookies for something like a weight gainer, you would see a difference. I went from 155 to 180 in 4 weeks without PHs because i finally got my diet straight.

eat right and push yourself harder everyday in the gym and you will see the results i promise.

Cool. 25 pounds in 4 weeks. What is that, 3 pounds muscle 22 pounds fat gain?

25lbs in 4 weeks? Without gear? Ahahahaha, I started laughing on the treadmill and nearly spit out my water.

With SD that's still a tough feat to attain.
