Sports - Softball Practice (1 1/2 hours), Volleyball (1 1/2 hours)
Strength - Off the charts.
Workout Energy - Energy to spare, so I used it all up.
Normal Energy - Focused and relaxed.
Appetite - Good.
Recovery - No pain or aggravations.
Libido - Excellent.
Skin condition - Zits are gone and face is dry. I think dry skin may have caused the zits this time.

Summary:
Did I overdo it ? maybe....Did I feel great ? absolutely....Was I tired ? towards the end.
I felt amazing today with ridiculous amount of energy. It was probably because I get to practice softball today. Like a kid before christmas morning, I had this nervous energy and wanted 6:30 PM to reach as soon as possible. I exaggerate of course.
Woke up feeling great with johnson hanging low and very full. Flicker of hair over it in a seductive way from my GF and that drew it's attention and the rest was history. Big smile in the morning to start the day. You guys can fill in the blanks. Think of trains going into a tunnel, rocket ship launching and then BAM. (Sorry Airborne...I borrowed your tagline)
Work was a breeze. I did not feel like I did anything and the 8 hours passed before I knew it. Got in the car, drove home and right to the gym. Gotta get my back workout in since I don't know what this softball practice is going to be like.
The workout was solid, but unfocused. I just wanted to hit my numbers and did not try much beyond that. I felt great and strength was through the roof. I felt like i performed each rep with focus and performed them in a clean manner. I repeated my personal highs on the rows and they felt great. The pulldowns and Pullovers felt great and the shrugs gave my traps a nice stretch.
One observation about appearance. I may have lost some fat + muscle everywhere. I look smaller. My muscles are not as smooth but more striated and defined. Can't wait till this weekend for pictures, so I can check the difference. You can't lose that much weight without losing some muscle. I am more than OK with that. I can lean bulk this fall like everyone else and have fun trying to gain it back.
It was only around 85 degrees today, so the weather was pefect for outdoor practice. I practice fielding left field first to get the most amount of runs and also to see if I can help out there. Batting practice went well and hit all line drives. We were done and I still had a lot of energy. Off to gym to play volleyball. 5 knock out drag down spike in the face games. A lot of good players showed and it was VERY competetive and a lot of fun. between games, i ran over to the pull up bars to test my strength on pull ups. I did hammer grip for 5 reps. Ended up doing 5 total sets. That's OK, just testing it out. I will eventually add them into the workout.
We were done and I was a little tired and gym was closing. I promised myself to do ab work everyday, so i headed over to another gym. i got on the ab coaster for 6 nice sets. i can feel my abs harden. I think I am going to be addicted to this machine. My new thing also to bring up biceps is to do curls everyday with moderate weight. They have this strive machine that works all angles and hardens and pumps my biceps up every time. I will be hitting this everyday.
Hammer pull ups, ab coaster and strive biceps curl wiull become staples on lifting days. Lets see how that goes. The fun in working out is changing your workout and doing something different everyday. Do you know what the best exercise is ? It's the exercise you are not doing. It's the concept called muscle confusion..................................SHUT UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, that message plays over the gym speakers every 30 minutes. It is like a subliminal message to get you to sign up with their trainer. So annoying. What works for one person does not necessarily work for another. i hate these so called closed minded experts that think there is just one way of doing things. To each their own I say.
Damn, I am amped up right now. I am in need of Ritalin. Seriously. Why am I amped up ? softball game in 2 1/2 hours.
